Allcare Veterinary Hospital

I came into All Care Veterinary Hospital under the worst of circumstances. My dog had just been hit by a car, and visiting the area, I did not know where a vet was. A good Samaritan stopped and led me right to their parking lot. Dr. Grossbard and the entire staff were amazing. I knew my dog died right next to me in the parking lot, and though they couldn't help him, they were immensly considerate, respectful, and compassionate with me and my dog. Having just opened, their facility was clean and tidy. They were exemplary in being gentle with me and offered me generous options to take care of my beloved dog, Knuckles. They made the best of the worst of circumstances, and were compassionate and professional beyond mesure. It has been over a month, and when I work in the bay area, I have comfort in knowing they will be there to take care of my dogs' needs in the future and mine! If they weren't so far away from my home, they would definately be my regular vet! They are not as prominate as some of the other options in the area, but quick, courteous, professional, and reasonably priced. They didn't even charge me, though I did take them up on their reasonable offer for having Knuckles cremated. ... One parting note; they were thoughtful enough to call me a few days after this to see if I was OK! Your pets are in good hands if you visit them! more

Dr. Grossbard and his staff were wonderful in treating our dog. Our dog, Happy had chipped his tooth and required anesthesia for the tooth extraction. Dr. Grossbard helped us through this stressful time. Happy is 13 years old and we were very worried about how he would do. Dr. Grossbard took as much time as needed to thoroughly explain everything involved in the procedure. He provided us with a typed out plan so we could look into the medications he would use and what we could expect after the extraction. The day of the procedure he called us with updates. He also called us personally a couple of days after the procedure to check see how our dog was doing. more

Excellent Vets. I have been taking my dogs and turtle here for years. They are excellent with animals. I've taken one dog in for a split toe nail that wouldn't stop bleeding and they didn't charge me for the 'quick' visit. They truly care about the animals and understand what good service is all about. The staff at All Care Veterinary Hospital were very friendly and the Vets are very professional and helpful. more

The only Vets we'll use. We have been taking our dogs here for many, many years. All of our dogs, currently 5 of them, are rescues and have come with assorted problems. The Vets and Staff at All Care Veterinary Hospital have treated them promptly, professionally, and lovingly. The All Care Vets and Staff have always gone out of their way to make sure our pets are given the highest quality care available. They are highly recommended!~ more

Decent Place. I have been taking my two dogs here for 5 years. I've never had the problems mentioned in the previous others review. I've also never had a problem getting my less nervous dog to go into the building. She actually runs to the staff when she sees them. While I tend to go out of the city for more expensive procedures such as surgery, I believed the All Care Veterinary Hospital is plenty good enough for boarding, baths, and yearly vaccines more

Brought my dog the other week and was very impressed how much they cared for pets. AllCare Veterinary Hospital is a homey veterinary hospital and is open 7 days a week. Staff is genuinely helpful and I highly recommend this vet clinic as the best veterinarian in Pacifica! more

These people are great! My cat had a urinary tract infection on a Sunday and they took him in and helped us out right away! Everyone was very professional! I recomend them highly! more

After years of going to one of the bigger pet hospitals in Pacifica I was very pleased to find Dr Jeremy Grossbard at Allcare. Dr. Jeremy (as we call him) entered the room and rather than staring at our file he sat on the floor and our very skittish kitty climbed into his lap as he spoke with us. Immediately we knew this was going to be our new Vet. We later brought in our old dog with many health issues. He is kind and gently with the animals and is a great listener and communicator with us. Unlike our experience with some of the bigger pet hospitals he didn't guilt us into doing many expensive tests, X- rays and procedures; rather he gave us several options for treatment and let us choose what was best for our animals. more

I checked out AllCare Veterinary Hospital in Pacifica, CA. I found the veterinarian Dr Jeremy Grossbard to be a great vet. Dr Grossbard was very knowledgable about my dog's condition and he explained everything in great detail. My dog also got his vaccinations and I am scheduling a dental teeth cleaning next week. 100% satisfied with the service! more

Love it. My cat had problem on her paw with some infection. After AllCare Veterinary Hospital the problem went away in 3 days. I am very happy how she was treated. Staff explained everything that was going to happen. A+++ more
