Dr. Alla Hart charged me and my Insurance a fee for debridement, on top of regular cleaning, eventhough: - the total time she spent on my dental cleaning was about 5 minutes. - I have been undergoing regular cleaning twice a year, and should not require debridement. - it was my very first visit to her, and debridement is generally not done on the first visit. more

First of all the office is very small and contains about 3 small chairs. The patient rooms are so small that it can barely fit 3 people at the same time. Even though, the receptionist was awfully nice, as well as the dental assistant, the doctor was beyond professional. She didn't seem like she was interested in helping me out at all. I had to ask questions for things to be explained as I need lot of work done. Even then, she seemed quite annoyed and frustrated. Her attire was quite unprofessional as well, she was wearing beach flip flops. She was absolutely rude and didnt show any interest at all. It was as though she couldnt be bothered to talk to. She was not helpful at all. She was so unprofessional that she muttered ""Nice to meet you"" when she had left the room and was already in process of talking to another patient. more

I went to Dr. Hart with a $49 Groupon for a cleaning, X-rays and exam. That is exactly what I received. No more, no less. Once in the chair, I was back out in 15 minutes (20 if I want to be generous). This is including the X-rays and cleaning. Dr. Hart did not make any attempt at getting to know me or try and chit chat. She did not even ask me if I had concerns or anything I wanted to discuss regarding my oral hygiene. She didn't ask me what my habits were and if I flossed. So, of course, she never chastised me for not flossing enough. In the end, the receptionist didn't ask if I wanted to schedule my next appointment in a few months and there was no goodie bag with toothbrush, toothpaste and dental floss. Don't get me wrong. There was nothing wrong with the cleaning. If that is all you are looking for, then she is perfectly capable. There was just nothing personal behind this visit. Nothing extra. Nothing that makes me say to myself, ""Wow, she's great! I'm definitely going back because she cares about me and my health."" I was just hopeful when I saw a neighborhood dentist on Groupon. I don't regret the visit for the price I paid. My teeth are cleaner. more

I purchased a cleaning and Xray package for $50 on groupon for this dentist. I made an appointment for 10AM on sunday. When I arrived no one was there. I went across the street and came back a few minutes after 10. there was a family of five behind me. When I approached the woman at the counter she handed me a clipboard and asked me to complete the questionaire and give her my driver's license. She was extremely RUDE!!!! I completed it and handed it back to her. Then I asked her how far behind was the denstist running because I had to go to work at noon. She was highly offended by this and to me to sit and wait. There are only 3 seats in this miniscule waiting room and there was a family of five there at the same time. then she tried to let the family of five get treated before me. that's when I lost my cool. The dentist came out and took care me next but when I complained how rude the receptionist was to me she just brushed it off and said it's a sunday just relax. then the receptionist overheard me complaining about her and stormed in to the dental office looking for a fight. This is no way to do business just beacuse I went there with a Groupon discount certificate. more
