I've had to deal with various video companies and not one beat them, so I'll be with them forever, or from now on at least. I first used them when I bought my 2009 Sony Bravia 55' flatscreen television for my previous address. I got a special articulating mount, not your average type of mount, and they put me in touch with All Video Media Solutions because they are the best equipped to deal with it. That was how I came to know them. They had excellent customer service, so when I moved in this past July the first people I reached for was them to have my television re-installed. I'm bed bound, so I spend 23 hours of 24 a day basically on my back. I have my entire home network hooked up through my television, which I also use as the monitor for my computer. What really blows me away about All Video Media Solutions is that they have their own separate warranties if you buy through them, in addition to what the manufacturer has. I know that if something goes wrong, I can go there and they'll make sure it gets taken care of. more

All Video Media Solutions installed my home theater system for me. They do exactly what you expect them to do. They are punctual, courteous and clean up and don't leave a huge mess behind. They really go beyond what you're asking for. They'll stop and take their time during the installation and after to explain what they've done, what they're doing and how to work everything. I think they do a great job, and I'd recommend them to anybody in a heartbeat! They are very professional and you couldn't ask for better customer service.
