We bought a new garage door opener after our other one just wore out. We called and talk to tech and got our estimate, we schedule our appoint for Saturday morning. Saturday morning they promptly called and told us they were on their way, and showed up on time at our garage for the installation. I took about 1 hour and everything works perfectly. My garage opener is almost 9 yrs old so I think the chains were slipping a bit off the gears. Basically, it wasn't opening and closing to the right positions. I tried to fix it myself but I made it worse, causing the chain to pop off the gear and breaking a small part in the process. The All Valley Distributing made a house call and was able to fix it extremely quickly. I had to pay more than the negotiated price, but only because the gear set had to be replaced. I also appreciated the fact that they answered all my questions about how the whole thing worked and what opener they would suggest I buy as a replacement later. I highly value that sort of education and free advice so I would use them again and recommend them to my friends (just maybe do a little more research beforehand). more
