Very professional...as a woman I sometimes feel that auto shops are taking advantage of me...they took the time to explain to me what was going on with my car. Very honest and great service. more

Poor customer service. Wrong parts, damaged vehicle. When requested a resolution, they wanted to charge me more $$$. When refused i was kicked out of the store by the manager and later on chased. spoke with Bob(Owner) didnt care and hung up on me twice. Stay away, i have never been treated so poorly in both customer service and car service. Terrible place\r STAY AWAY for the sake of your care! more

I just had my A/C fixed at All Tune on Saturday. They were able to get it fixed the same day and the van was only brought in at noon. I would not have wanted to drive around in the Florida heat with leather seats and no A/C. Bob and his crew did an awesome job and charged me a fair price. They are very well known in the community and you will hear many great reports about them if you ask around. more

Best car repair Land O Lakes 9/8/2011

Great customer service. We have been customers of All tune and lube for a number of years they have always treated us fairly and done top quality work. Recently Tommy even surpassed his excellent customer service that we are used to. We would highly recommend All Tune for any car repairs you have. more
