The service here is good and reasonably priced. However some of the mechanics are inconsistent. The last time I went they did not tell me the reason why they did not rotate my tires was because there was a piece of metal in them. I called back and went in again because the tire lost air and that is when I found out that I would need two new tires. Typically they tell me when something is needed, but they slipped. Again, I think it depends on who is back there working. more

I have taken my car to All Tune for a few years now and have been treated great. But in the past recent months I had a little hiccup with them and fixing my a/c, which I paid for in full. I stood with out my a/c for most of the summer. I had my laywers write them a letter. Come to find out it was a simple procedure to fixed and my a/c was working in no time and free of charge. more

great service from you guys, Mike went out of his way to get my daughter's 4runner in and out. Two new tires, inspection, and front end alignment. I drove her 4runner up and down All American Freeway and the 4runner was still pulling to the left pretty bad. The shop was closed when I did this and my daughter had to go back to Greenville. We'll bring it in next time she comes home in Sept. thanks , jeff Williams more

performed unnecessary/poor/ incompleate work 6/17/2013

After these last two visits i would not take a bicycle there. I under the advice of the shop had my valve cover replaced among other unnecessary costy services.when they put the cover back on there was not a gasket under the valve cover. the shop told me that i needed carborator and a catalytic converter. what i needed was a whole new head gasket. and this is solely there fault. I went there to get a water pump installed and a week later. and $600 bucks i have a vehicle that wont even start. more

I had to bring my car back 5 times; they ended up sending me elsewhere. 6/8/2013

I got very upset because this had never happened to me...I was told I had a bad attitude, when in fact I was more patient than most people. A man would not have had to bring their car back that many times!! Anyway, the customer should always be shown respect. more

From the man and women behind the counter to the mechanic, who came out, from the back and explain the problem to me; excellent customer service. I have been back serveral times and even referred a friend to you. I am due an oil change and will not take my car any place else. Keep up the good work! more
