Wow! Where do I start. Well let me say Jeff came across very polite and submitted a very fair bid. However in his contract he bid a price to add a jacuzzi, for a certain amt and also a separate price for re plastering pool and tile work. After agreeing on price for jacuzzi they slowly started the job periodically showing up and Jeff never showed his face again and never returned any phone calls. Communication is horrible and he is hard to understand. Job continued to drag out and the the add ons and the nickel and dimeing started. I continued to ask for a contract to be finalized and a price for a pebbletec finish. Since I didn't get any response and progress was sporadic I solicited 3 other plaster quotes along with tile. After he finally got back with me after I told him I can't continue without a clear contract he submitted one that was very different from our agreement and understanding as well as an astronomical price for pebble and tile. He finally texted me letting me know that gunite guy was going to be cancelled if I didn't sign contract. I told him I agreed with everything about jacuzzi but not with pebble and tile and that I would be doing those myself. These items were originally optional in the original quote. He told me he can't make any money if he doesn't do pebble and tile. I asked why he then quoted me 11000 to complete jacuzzi when that is all I wanted him to do and agreed on price. Now that I can do pebble and tile for 6000 cheaper than his optional prices he wants to walk off job and not complete jacuzzi job that he and I agreed to. Looks like if we can't settle on his costs to this point we may be headed for a legal battle. There isn't a lot of good pool contractors out there and this one you definitely need to stay away from more

Twisted their words after the work is done and ask for more money. Very unprofessional, why do you need to sign a contract if you do not follow what's said on it. more

No service, poor quality 4/17/2007

Terrible experience. Jeff Kang, the owner, does not reurn any phone calls, and does not show up when promised. Huge language barrier with workers. Lights did not work, and it took many, many calls, and three visits by an ""electrician"" who tried to tell me the light problem was Edison's fault! Afterwards, pool leaked. Many calls later, crew returned to ""fix"" leak. Pool still leaked. I am pursuing small claims court and their contractor's license. Pros: Nice looking plaster Cons: Poor response to problems, bad electrical work , pool leaked more
