Best Storage in Keller/Fort Worth 4/30/2012

I don't know what the people previously to me are talking about... this place is fantastic. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They even helped me carry the boxes I purchased out to the car. The place is so clean. I have never storaged my stuff in a nicer facility before this one. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks. Thanks All Storage for taking care of me. more

This is worst managed and staff just don't care 2/3/2010

When going there at night there are times that there are NO lightson so you can't see anything. And with that said the there 65 cameras see if you can't.\r Plus the latchs that you put your lock through. When requested to get it fixed is like a act of congress.. I asked a month ago.. Still not fix.. I don not recommebnd this place to anyone. Cons: THIS PLACE STINKS more

Dont use if you are military and deploying 1/2/2009

if you are military & r deployed. this is the Worse storage company to use. We are military deployed & cut our lock because they failed to view our records when we informed them we were going overseas. then charged us $130 for auction fee when they cut our lock. refused to refund due to their lack of ""paying attention to detail"" I hate uhaul storagem however i will use them over this storage place. we use the one keller near the arbys in keller. the black guy that works there was however the nicest one that worked there. \r So if you are in the military and plan to be deplyed BewARE!!!!!! Pros: Location Cons: do not cater well to military more

Crickets Crickets Crickets!!! And Standing Water Too! 10/29/2008

For the expense, this place is a mess. Our unit (next to a light) was overrun by crickets which got into every unsealed box. Had to clean out several times a year. They also have problems with water standingn in the driveways, which means you may be slugging through standing water when loading your vehicles. Staff rude at best. more

Lots of crickets, Poorly trained staff, and a Management team that doesn't return your call. Stay away from this place. 10/23/2007

crickets, poorly trained managers.....Stay away. The Management team is completely unresponsive to your concerns, the place is knee deep in crickets, and the hourly staff is poorly trained. The most disappointing experience I have ever had. Stay away from these people... Pros: Good Lighting and Security, slighlty above average price Cons: Crickets and Bettles, Service, and Staff consistency. Management unresponsive more
