My rule is that if you can't learn anything from having to spend money on a service call -- you have just wasted your money.
I did not waste the money. Edward was helpful and informative. I now know enough to be able to fix on my own the same problem if any other refrigerator was to have a similar problem.
He also noticed our make of dishwasher, knew that there was a recall out on it, and also with a quick look knew that we had already handled the issue.
Helpful, informative, quick and reasonably-priced - what more can you ask for?
