Excellent sevice, timing, and kept to the 22,500 mile maintenance as listed in Hyundai Owner's Manual. The only thing I have to critize is: Why did you send me the coupon for a routine auto maintenance schedule after the service? I do not need the 10% off now. more

I really like this dealership. I generally hate driving and anything relating to cars, and am loathe to go in for repairs. However, these guys (and ladies) always fit me in, and are soooo courteous and helpful. Always costs a fraction of what I expect. Will definitely keep going here! Highly recommended! more

I had 3 separate incidents with service that was the reason I didn't return. In short my car didn't get fixed, my oil didn't get changed when they said they did and the check engine light kept coming on and was never repaired. I wasn't impressed with the speed of the service and the guy at the service desk had a bad attitude. The Sales Manager on the other hand was very cool and we got along great. more

I was quite displease by the service I received, I felt they were too busy too acknowledge my vehicle. In the past they have been EXCELLENT, but this last visit was totally poor. I was expecting a call which never came, was sent an email, which I was asked how to contact me. I hope in the future this doesn't happen again, for I will be force to take business elsewhere. more

When dealing with a light color interior in a person automobile they need to make sure that there no stain that gettin on the seat(s). May be the company may want to invest in cover the customer interior with some plastic covering to ensure that no stains will be in the automobile. The next time, I come in for service I will thoroughly check out the automobile before leaving. more
