All Star Maid SVC

We used this service for years and developed a trusting friendly relationship with some of the employees. Recently those employees have left and the service has gone way way down hill. I was left to deal with the owner, who is scum, and other employees I didn't know or trust. Since dealing with the owner, instead of the manager I used to deal with, I have realized how sleezy he is and I refuse to allow any more of my hard earned money to end up in his pockets. \r \r In the future I will be using another service I advise others to do the same. more

The owner of this company is a joke, he is a liar, a manipulative vendictive evil person. He believes his own lies and believes he is capable of accomplishing anything, for instance having innocent people arrested for something they never did on things that never existed. God forbid anyone who works for him and decides to leave him because he will ruin you. He treats people like items and his possessions. Shawn Williams misclassifies employees so he doesnt have to pay certain taxes on them and he doesnt have to cover insurance, he doesnt pay overtime and he hires ALL males at .50 cents more than the females. He sexually harasses woman and has a tendency to not pay you.He brings in immigrants on work visas to work for him, provides them with an apartment and vehicle, and then charges them to make a profit, my opinion sounds like human trafficking. This man is a human form of Satan and I pray for the day to see him fall; he is a horrible man and TRIES to ruin good people. He is greedy, selfish, heartless, unethical, etc. Justice will be served one day for this man and all thise individuals he has victimized and I pray for the day to see it. more

GOOD SERVICE, TERRIBLE OWNER... Let me first say the maid/janitorial service for this company is great, but the owner of this company is a different story. Shawn Williams is a horrible person and a liar. This is NOT a national company as he states to everyone. If we were in his own world, we would have a major contract in every state in the US as he seems to believe, but we aren't in his world - we are in the REAL world. He bosses people around and thinks that he is VIP. You are not VIP. You are just another person like everyone else and you have no clout. Do you think people actually believe the things you say? You need a reality check. People aren't oblivious to your lies. Please get some help. Additionally: You are quick to spend money on yourself and your family, but when it comes to others, you could care less. If others have to spend more money out of there own pocket, you don't care because you are greedy. You don't care if what you do is illegal or not. You always think you are above the law and can lie your way out of everything. I hope everyone views this review I have made just for you. I will be sharing this review with others. I called All Star Maid service last minute and they were able to come out the next day! They will work with your budget and do an EXCEPTIONAL job!! The manager calls you ahead of time and you are able to explain anything that you forgot when you set up the appt. I am SO happy with the service I received and cannot wait to get them again! We have used All Star Janitorial and Maid Services for approximately 5 years now. My husband owns a construction company and he has gone through several services in the past. He speaks very highly not only of the job that All Star does maintaining his properties but more importantly the professionalism that he gets when dealing with this company. All star also maintains our family home in Mandeville, I like nothing more than to come home knowing that my home will be taken care of and cleaned the right way. more

I use this service for my office and my home. They are very consistent when cleaning. I had one small problem with a family member at my home around a year ago and the owner Mr. Williams drove to my home and went above and beyond his duties as a maid service and helped us. We used All Star for the first time in December for our home in Lakeshore Estates. They were hands down the best maid service that we have ever had. They provided us with a copy of their insurance as requested and by way all of their workers are on h2b visas which was confirmed by immigration. When I read the other review by Tiffany on here I felt like I needed to write a true review. It seemed like a racist malicious remark by someone who has probably never used there service. All Stars owners are very Christian people with high work ethics and that is why they are rated so high with the Better Business Bureau. We will continue to use All Star for some time to come. This comnpany hires non-english speaking (probobly illegal) mexicans to do their work. They were very rude but did clean. I was worried that they were going to steal from us, as well, they asked us if we had any other jobs for them.! Never Again! Cons: They dont speak english more

My mother / father live in Slidell - I live in Florida. My parents are very ill but unwilling to move to assisted living. All Star cleans their house, and does a magnificent job - but that is not what makes them unique - they really care for my parents and offer to visit them and make sure they are OK - not asking for anything in return.
