Stay away from Allstar Kia San Bernardino When it comes time to get service on your Kia. It is regrettable that a good brand is handled by a guy named Brian Norsted and Chris POHL. These two are very experienced at manipulating customers. They are there to make as much money as they are able for owner Mr Choi. Problem is, they will really cheat you. This is a no ethics dealer. more

More Like Allfraud Kia 12/26/2012

I don't know where these people get there consumers credit reports but they provide inaccurate information, that provides old inquires that are not up to date. They ran 11 credit inquires on my report. And rushed us into signing the entire contract, naturally we felt as if we could trust this man, but when we got home we ended up with a 2013 Kia Forte that was priced $15,000 and finding out that we are paying $42.000. The entire time, he was saying "no problem, not to worry" Yah, well is he going to be the one making the payments. Do not work with this sales(finance manager) who goes by the name Miho. more

Run, don't walk to get away from here! 1/10/2011

I have never been more disgusted with a dealership in my life! Their staff was pushy, arrogant and just plain rude! We mentioned an ad we had found and I was called a liar, then told I didn't qualify. When I called them on it, they basically made me leave the room so they could talk to my husband alone. I'm usually a very easy person to get along with, I never raised my voice, I simply asked a few questions so why was I constantly being cut off, belittled, then forced to leave the room? We sat there all day being treated like absolute crap and in the process watched 3 separate families come in, and leave before ever trying to finance a car due to the atmosphere. That should tell you enough about the service and integrity of the place right there. I don't know how they could ever have gotten a good review with such a bad reputation. Don't let them fool you, run don't walk to get away from this place! Needless to say we did and we have a beautiful Ford instead! I'm so glad I didn't waste my time and business on them. more

I have never been so disgusted with a dealership in all of my life! They not only gave me the run around all day while trying to buy a car, but they flat out called me a liar! Their workers were rude, pushy and unwilling to work with my husband and I. They would make snide remarks and cut me off every time I would ask a question. I showed them a printed ad they were running and they told me I did not qualify. When I called them on it they told me I didn't know what I was talking about and basically sent me out of the room so they could talk to my husband alone. While sitting there we noticed that 3 other families had come in and left before even trying to finance a car. That should tell you enough about the service and integrity of the place right there. I don't understand how they could have ever gotten any good reviews! Needless to say after spending all day being treated like absolute crap we took our business elsewhere. more

Not like other car dealers at all 10/9/2010

My brother had been trying desperately trying to talk me into a Honda, like his, but I really liked the new Kia Forte so I passed on the Fit to try and get a Kia. My brother was initially against it but he said he would go and look at them for me, well his first visit to the dealer did NOT go well! I had been working with a guy online and he said we could work directly with him and make most of the deal through email. Once we had it all worked out, my bro drove me out to pick up my new Forte and we were back on the road in an hour! No muss, no fuss and I have been to more than a few dealers that seem to specialize in the 'fuss' part of buying a car! Thanks Allstar and a Big Thanks to Mike! I Love my Forte and will recomend you to everyone that wants a new car! more

Not just another 'car dealer'... 6/8/2010

I was very happy I tracked down my Fleet Sales guy Mike Correra, as it worked out we needed the most inexpensive vehicle possible as a second commuter car and Mike is now with Kia; match made in heaven, at least for us! We Love our new Forte and dont ever use the word cheap when talking about it with friends because it is actually one of the nicest cars we have owned! Its kind of a shame to have to put so many miles on it before handed it down to our son one day but I know it will go the distance. Big thank you Mike and good luck at your new place, Allstar Kia looks like it is just what San Berdo needed! more

worth the drive! 6/6/2010

when the local Kia dealer shut down we were very disappointed an did not know if we would stay with Kia, we have 4 in our family and our daughter needed a new car. we heard about Allstar opening in San Berdo and thought we would take a chance and make the drive down the hill. we were taken care of by the Fleet Manager Mike and had the smoothest car purchase experience ever. now i understand why they closed in victorville; they never treated us like Mike did! having found Mike and Allstar Kia we will happily keep buying Kia's forever! a BIG thank you to Allstar, they are well worth the drive! more
