YOU'LL BE MORE THAN SORRY 9/27/2012

This is one driving school you do not want to do business with. I signed my son up for driving lessons through the Norco office. Jerry the office manager of the Norco office is the most arrogant disrespectful person you ever want to talk to. So rather then continue the conversation with him, I asked for the owner, his name is Mike some middle eastern speaking guy that has no problem what so ever about charging you for instructors that don't show up. Then make excuses.\r \r Not only are the entire office staff disrespectful, and Jerry taking the cake, the instructor they sent out was constantly talking on the phone while my son was driving and not paying attention.\r Do you really want to deal with these people ? Do you really want to put your son or daughter in the unsafe hands of one of their instructors? Well if you do, you will be more than sorry..trust me. more

A great driving school, My instructor Gerardo was awesome. I passed my text on the first try and only missed one point. I recommended the school to 4 of my friends and they are currently doing it. Thanks ALL STAR for helping me get my license. more

GREAT SCHOOL. 10/18/2010

I just attended this school for a traffic ticket. The instructor John, was a funny, well informed and cool guy !! He answered all my questions as well as taught me alot of new information. I couldn't believe that I was actually attending a traffic school. The time went by so quickly AND I HAD A GREAT TIME IN CLASS !! We had a lot of group interaction, and was extremely informational as well. I would highly recommend this school for a traffic ticket or if someone needs to obtain a drivers permit. Much better than any online class and well worth the $30 charge. more

Unprofessional Instructors- I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM 10/5/2010

I wasn't going to write anything, but the thought of my wife putting up with such an unproffesional instructor is so upseting to me that I felt it would be better to warn people of this school. My wife took a driving lesson with All Star and it was an absolute nightmare for her. She only took two hours although we originally planned for her to take 6 hrs, but the instructor was so unprofessional that we felt it worth changing schools even though we had already paid for the whole thing. The instructor kept making advances at my wife, like rubbing against her chest when he reached across her to grab the steering wheel and caressing her leg while saying she's doing a good job. I understand that the instructors have to grab the steering wheel in emergency situations and that sometimes they might accidently rub against the student while doing so, but my wife said he kept doing it over and over even when there was no major hazard warranting his action. All Star Driving School is unprofessional 9/15/2009

The teacher/owner made unprofessional and inappropriate jokes and comments in the classroom. We tried to address it with him calmly and he was not very professional with us either. We were hoping to work through the issue with him, but he just became defensive and raised his voice at us. He did give us our money back, but too bad our son wasted an entire day there. I hope he will think twice next time about how he treats his clients and about making inappropriate comments in front of the class. The delivery of information was otherwise fine, as far as we can tell from one day. However, there is another side to the business that involves treating your clients with respect and running your business in a professional manner. more

Excellent!!! 8/16/2009

So glad that this school is in our area. I had already had one son go through another local school and was not pleased at all with their business practices (no set curriculum and they let the kids leave after only 2 days of class). My youngest son and his friends recently went to summer session with All Star Driving School. This school has phenomenal teachers who really care that the kids are passing their tests and learning the rules. He is now taking the driving portion and his experience is just as great. I would definitely recommend this driving school. more

Disappointed in All Star Driving School 7/31/2009

Since we had already paid for this school, I just had him suck it up and deal with it. \r \r While some of the staff is helpful, some of the staff really need to learn some common courtesy skills. more

Good people at All Star. office staff were very helpful, I had lost my job and my son was dying to get his license so the manager was so helpful he was able to arrange a payment plan for me. the whole experience was just easy. more

All Star is a great school! 5/29/2009

What a great driving school! ALL STAR DRIVING SCHOOL is by far the most recommended school in the Rancho Cucamonga area. Highly professional and friendly staff to help a stressed parent maneuver the world of teen drivers training. They did their job as promised and my daughter was happy with her in class instructor as well as her behind the wheel instructor . I have recommended All Star Driving school to many parents. I would definitely give a high recommendation for this school. more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DRIVING SCHOOL 5/22/2009

ALL STAR DRIVING SCHOOL came highly recommended to me by a few parents who had their children attend the school. My experience was nothing less than stellar. The school staff and driving instructors know their stuff and answered all the questions I needed to know. Both of my children passed their permit and behind the wheel tests without a problem. I did my homework before signing them up with any school and All Star is by far the best in our area. ALL OF ALL STAR DRIVING SCHOOLS INSTRUCTORS ARE LICENSED BY THE DMV. My advice to those parents who had problems with the school would be to talk to Mike, the boss. He's a great guy and really does care about his business and more importantly the students. ALL STAR DRIVING SCHOOL IS THE BEST DRIVING SCHOOL IN THE INLAND EMPIRE...BAR NONE! more

DON'T GO TO ALL STAR DRIVING SCHOOL 12/25/2008

My daughter is a very nercous driver and the instructor that came to the house looked like a bum and wasn't proffesional at all. He told my daughter that he didn't really like being an instructor but that the owner let him get away with alot and that's why he stook around. I'm sorry but if the owner doesn't care how his driving school is perceived than I can imagine all the wrong doing that goes on at this school. I experienced it first hand with my daughter. They kept canceling her appointments at the last minute and when they finally did make it the instructoe showed up 40 minutes late without even calling to let us now what was going on.My daughter said he spent the entire time talking about how he can't stand his boss and how he is underpaid. Bottom line is he is getting paid to teach my daughter and i'm paying money for her to learn, so if he doesn't like where he works than he shouldn't be working there. Am sure glad am not the only one, that feels that the driving behind the wheel was A BAD EXPERIENCE FOR MY SON. Who said he had a UN EXPERIENCED DRIVING INSTRUCTOR. She never once told me what to do,and said she couldn't pass her test for a driving instructor licence. When my son told me this,I felt we as parents in trusts our kids to theses schools to teach and keep our kids safe, when driving on these roads, that our not to safe anyway. I think this matter should be investgated and the DMV should correct this problem more

Would Not Recommend Allstar Driving School.......Rancho Cucamonga 10/3/2008

My daughter and her friends enjoyed the glassroom DRIVERS ED, BEHIND THE WHEEL DRIVING , SHE FELT HER DRIVING INSTRUCTOR DIDN'T TEACH HER MUCH. PLUS SHE HAD NO DRIVING INSTRUCTORS LICENSE AND JUST HAD HER DRIVE FROM HOUSE TO HOUSE, SO HER EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD, SORRY TO SAY. SHE WANTS TO TAKE IT AGAIN IN HOPES, SHE WILL GET A BETTER OR MORE EXPERIENCE DRIVING INSTRUCTOR ELSE WHERE. more

Every parent should use this driving school! 9/24/2008

I got a recommendation from my neighbor about All Star and was delighted from the very start with the help I received from Jamie and Mike. They answered all my questions and understood every concern I had. I did call around to the other well known schools in my area and none could compare to the service I received from All Star. They are by far the best in the inland empire area. The school is clean and inviting. The teachers are so nice and they make sure all the students walk away knowing behind the wheel backwards and forwards. These people definitely know their stuff and pass it along to their students and parents. I would Highly recommend this to any parent with a teen driver. more

A+ 11/24/2005

I went here for driver's ed and had a lot of fun. There were some very funny characters in my class and the instructor was really cool, so it made the class interesting. He showed us two videos, made us read the DMV handbook, and we took sample test after sample test after sample test. He also drove all of us to the DMV to take our written tests. Then, we scheduled appointments for behind-the-wheel training. This school held our hands and walked us through everything. Highly recommended. more
