Reneged on warranty - avoid at all costs. 8/24/2009

All Source reneged on a warranty after I spent $600 on a full fridge repair (new compressor, lines etc)... Fridge died within 3 months, they came out, admitted the compressor had failed again, then verbally agreed to pay a very small amount back to me rather than fixing the fridge. Have not received payment. Sketchy company, avoid it all costs. Clearly run by conniving folks. Pros: Came out quickly initially Cons: Service, Quality more

What a rip off 5/25/2009

My refrigerator broke so I figured they would be as good as the next guy, right? WRONG. They charged me $199 for a part that from Sears costs $35. After that didn't fix the problem they said they would replace the compressor for $500, at Sears $165. Holy cr@p. I told them to leave and I called Sears to fix the problem. Total Cost... $324.98 and the fridge still doesn't work. I'm so happy, Sears will be here in two days. Pros: Good way to waste money Cons: Nothing good came from this experience more
