Greedy and corrupt practice. Check out the reviews on the web. A clear pattern emerges. In January, I went in for a regular checkup and cleaning. They told me that I should get some fillings replaced while I was there because it is completely covered by my insurance, so I did. Then, almost 4 months later, I receive a bill from saying that I owe $169, including finance charges for amounts that are over 90 days old. Incredible. I never received any bill since my appointment in early January when I was told everything--including the unscheduled filling replacements--was covered after my $50 copay (paid before I left the office). I called the office multiple different times to try to reach someone for an explanation. Nobody calls me back. I finally reached Colisha today who agreed that I was told that everything was covered in January, but said that my insurance company made a mistake. I subsequently asked to talk to her boss, Kenny. In January, I went in for a regular checkup and cleaning. They told me that I should get some fillings replaced while I was there because it is 100% covered by my insurance, so I did. Then, almost 4 months later (in early May), I receive a bill from All Smile saying that I owe $169, including finance charges for amounts that are over 90 days old. WTF?!!! I never received any bill since my appointment in early January when I was told everything (including the unscheduled filling replacements) was covered after my $50 co-pay (paid before I left the office). I called the office THREE times in a week to try to reach someone for an explanation. Nobody calls me back. I finally reached Colisha today who agreed that I was told that everything was covered in January, but said that my insurance company made a mistake. I subsequently asked to talk to her boss (Kenny--Office Manager who also happens to be married to the owner/dentist Christy Chen), who was apparently at lunch and unavailable. Then I called my insurance company, who said that All Smile should have known and told me that everything is covered AFTER co-pay amounts for each filling replacement. In other words, they should have known that the unscheduled filling replacements would cost both the patient (under my plan) and the insurance company. Oh yeah, and I found out from my insurance company that All Smile billed me at a rate ABOVE the contracted rate (a no-no) and tacked on finance charges on a bill that was never presented to me prior. Needless to say, I will be picking up my dental charts ASAP and going to a dental practice with ethics. I also filed a complaint with my insurance company against All Smile, and I recommend that others do the same more

HIGHLY IMMORAL DENTIST THAT IS DRIVEN SOLEY BY THE ABILITY TO MAXIMIZE YOUR INSURANCE BILLING AND COLLECT AS MUCH MONEY FROM YOU AS POSSIBLE. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A SECOND OPINION FROM ANOTHER DENTIST THEY WILL HOLD YOUR FILES FOR THE MAXIMUM LEGAL PERIOD TO PREVENT WORK BEING PERFORMED BY ANOTHER DENTIST. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST OR TRUST ANYONE ON HIS STAFF. more

Very courteous staff with a great convienient location. Feels like the staff spends more time and takes extra care with each cleaning that other dental offices do. We travel from a long distance to be taken care of by Dr Chen and staff. The facility is clean and modern. They even have a room with childrens decoration and cartoons running. My kid goes into the dental office awaiting to get the treats out of the "treasure chest" at the end of each visit. While other family members are in the chair, I can visit starbucks and other restaraunts out there, do some shopping, or take the dogs to the dog park! Overall a great experience at a great location. more

Admittedly I don't go to the dentist as often as I should (who does?) so when I did go, I needed more work than just a cleaning. The All Smile Team were friendly and professional. They were thorough and diligent and I experience very little discomfort. more

I hate going to the dentist but this office was recommended to me by a friend and while it's still a dentist office the experience was much more pleasureable than my old dentist. I want to thank you for explaining everything and not just drilling a new "alleged" cavity because to need to pay for vacation to Hawaii ! more
