My stupid truck broke down with my 1 year old in back in his car seat. I thought my husband would have to come get us, but Mark actually put my car seat in his truck and securely tied it down. He also helped me unload it after we got my truck to the shop. Fabulous customer service, my husband was very happy he didn't have to come and get us. Thanks, Mark! more
