Nightmare experience! 5/3/2010

All I can say is that I should have looked here first to get a feel for how this guy does business. Sean Ward, had me pay the concrete guy on scene or it would not be poured, the concrete plus what I paid down to start put the bid 225 dollars over bid. Pros: None Cons: Not enough space! more

This company absolutely stinks. They don't show up on time, take too long to do the job and have the audacity of blaming the homeowner for not having enough concrete. Use this disfunctional organization and you will definetly not get what you paid for. If they are willing to screw over a Soldier than they will definetly screw you over first opportunity. Also, be prepared for them to wreck your yard and not take responsibility. Stay away from this louse! Just too bad I can't give this jerk no star! Cons: Everything more

If I could rate this business a zero I would. Mr. Ward started a job for us over a year ago. He never finished it and demanded a payment of more than original bid and never paid the concrete company. He bluffed us into a law suit fabricating all sorts of things that were not true. If you do business with this guy, don't be afraid of a collection company contacting you from Texas. They are only a collection agency, not the law firm they misrepresent themselves to be. Find a professional to do your work. Cons: Numerous more
