I first realized that All Seasons Carpet Cleaning was a great company when I called them and a very nice women answered the my call. She spoke to me not at me and she answered all my question with ease. She knew what she was talking about and she was happy to assist me. I was more pleased to find out that this same women that I spoke to also helped with the cleaning of my home. This company is a Idaho owned husband and wife company team. I was looking for a carpet cleaning company that I could feel comfortable with because every company I hired would send a person that I was scared to open the door for or they smelled so bad I had to have my whole house cleaned after they left. So I looked for a company that had a lot of reviews and called them. I was surprised they answered the phone first off and then I was pleasantly surprised to have a very nice women to speak with that didn't talk to me like they where doing me a favor by answering my questions. From that point on my experience was fantastic and upbeat. Jess and Matt have a great thing going for them because they are very personable and easy to deal with. Take it from my experiences with carpet cleaning companies. Most of them are fly by night companies that don't know what they are doing. They leave my carpet very wet and it becomes dirty within a month after they cleaned it. I was so tired of these companies but after reading all the positive reviews left about All Seasons Carpet Cleaning I called them. Like everyone says in their reviews they are respectful, knowledgable, upfront and don't leave you feeling like you just wasted money. I wish I would of found them a long time ago. One of my dogs got sick when I was away and I called All Seasons to Help me out. I used them often and knew they where a company I could trust to be in my house when I was not home. I gave them my garage code and told them to estimate the damage. They called me with the price and stuck to it. They cleaned up the mess my dog left and got rid of the smell my dog sitter said was so bad. When I came home it looked and smelled great! I just want to thank Matt & Jess for doing a great job. more
