I recently picked up my sister from this clinic and I was very impressed with the feeling I got when I walked in. So impressed that it inspired me to write a review here. I have been in other medical environments that feel very cold or bureaucratic but this place had a kind, warm, family feeling. There was an amazing sense of peace and you could see that real healing was taking place. It left me thinking my sister made the right choice to go there. I myself would not hesitate to visit this clinic if ever I need to use their services in the future. more

Finally after 6 years, I can function without daily back pain. I have been to 4 other physical therapy clinics in the last few years, but I have never had such a professional and courteous staff assist me and get me through my treatment. This was a last attempt at conservative therapy treatment before my doctors pushed me off to pain management. I had no desire to use medication in order to function in my activities of daily living, but I did not have a choice. Until now! Finally a clean, kid-friendly and family oriented clinic. A huge heartfelt thanks to Derek and his fantastic team!!! more

Excellence in every area of professionalism and treatment! I am not sure what j m is talking about in his or her review ""funny how they didn't use their name...kinda fishy!"" But this facility is top notch! People are extremely professional, the facility is spotless and the physical therapists are right there working with you every treatment. j m must be confused with another Schertz clinic. Its easy to see why this place has so many excellent reviews. more

Very Very Very Happy!!!! I am writing this review to really thank Derek and his team with all of my heart! I have been in pain for so long (8 years) and am FINALLY living PAIN FREE (Back Pain) without medications. I am actually working out again :D!! The best clinic and people around. If you want to get pain free and back to feeling great....you need to go to this clinic. Super good people and excellent knowledge. The Best in the Schertz area and probably all of San Antonio. I have had back problems for 10 years, been to many different Physical Therapist and specialists including Airrosti (total joke!) with out real help. I went to see Dr. Sanchez and after a really thorough first exam and being educated on my back problems followed by 3 treatments and doing what he taught me at home I am finally feeling great and PAIN FREE YOOOHOOOO! What a find!!!! I am back to running and working out like I used to. A real jewel of a find! Thank you Dr. Sanchez and staff. more

Great place! Derek and his staff spend time educating you on your injuries. I have had the run around with my back pain going from doctor to doctor, chiropractor, and other physical therapist. Great Location and Great Provider 4/11/2012

After suffering with shoulder pain for months Mr. Sanchez was able to help me with relief. He was thorough and his staff was always helpful. I did my “homework” as Mr. Sanchez instructed and I felt so much better within a couple of weeks of treatment. I would recommend this therapist and location to everyone! I'm so glad you are a Tricare Provider again!! Derek Sanchez treated my back and is an amazing therapist. He didn't just treat me but he taught me about why I have back problems which is awesome because now I understand when I have bad days - why that is. He is the first therapist that showed me what was going on inside my joints and taught me why the exercises he assigned are helpful. I absolutely recommend this therapist because he will help you heal and teach you how to manage your injury in order to stay pain free. Thank you Derek! more

The absolute best physical therapy I have ever received! 2/3/2012

This clinic truly sets the standard when it comes to treatments, environment, service, and people working with you. I have had neck and back pain for years without relief and was referred to Derek from a friend. I saw him for 10 or so visits and now I can say I feel wonderful.
