Wow. Shockingly unprofessional. I called everyday for a week to rent tables and he wouldn't commit to a day to be there for me to pick them up. Finally the day before the party when he said he would do his best to be there sometime that morning I called somewhere else! more

I booked All Rental for the chairs for my wedding. I talked to a guy named Ron, who talked my ear off each time I called him about his travels. I needed 100 chairs delivered to Forest Park for my wedding. I called him, and sent emails to confirm that he was going to deliver the chairs. On my wedding day, a half hour before my wedding started, as my mother was buttoning the buttons on my wedding dress my husband called to inform me that Ron forgot about delivering my chairs, he was in St. Charles and it was going to take an hour and a half. I'm not sure he's aware but weddings run on a fairly tight schedule, so at my wedding ceremony there were no chairs for my guests, luckily I have great friends and family who were sweet about it, and luckily there were steps at the wedding site, but it totally destroyed my wedding ceremony decorations as they were based on an aisle with chairs!!! Do not use All Rentals. more

Poor Customer Service 9/23/2011

I called to inquire about renting tables and chairs for a big company event. Instead of the person greeting me; he answered the phone by saying ""Unknown"". Why are you calling me unknown? I replied by saying I wasn't aware that I'm called as an unknown caller. I'm calling from a reputable business and provided my company's name. He continued by saying, Well what's the secret? Are you a terrorist? Why would a company block their name? I explained to him again that I did nothing to block our name or number and was calling to inquire if they could assist us with our needs. He was so grouchy and kept complaining I told him that if he felt uncomfortable with helping me I could contact another company to assist us. He said do that. So much for a professional business! more
