I use All Protection, signed a 4 year protection plan but after the 2nd year of service I changed my phone number.. Updated All Protection?s records. But their dispatcher got my number wrong. Several months later they sent a tech to my home to retrieve the correct number from inside my home. I had given All Protection a key to my home with the understanding would only be used in a smoke detector or alarm malfunction whereas the alarm stays on. Instead they inappropriately used my key to access my home (my cars were parked as well as to the rear). I was home cleaning my guns, someone knocked at the front door loudly. I?ve got four guns apart; parts are in my lap i.e. I have NO intension of opening the door. But the All Protection alarm tech guys decides since no one answered he should go around to the back door, use the key that I gave them for emergencies only. He opens the rear door to my home. In turn I dumped all the parts off my lap grabbed my SigSaur 9mm .... Luckly for the tech guy my girl friend?s in the kitchen, sees the guy as he?s coming thru my back door ? I called their office. Fellow on the other end said they were just trying to retrieve my phone number. Well there are other ways to get someone phone number. I never received any mail pertaining to the wrong phone number nor was anything posted on the door of my home. There was no warning what so ever. With that said I do not recommend there protection plan to anyone!! Plus the tech guy looked shady, I wouldn?t ant that guy in my home.
Pros: Installer were nice
Cons: They?re inconsiderate of your private lives therefore I wouldn't recommend them to anyone that desires privacy
