All Pets Veterinary Clinic

I have been very unhappy with many of my visits to this clinic. They are not knowledgeable with information regarding different animals. When my dogs are groomed here they ALWAYS go to the bathroom when I pick them up because they are not taken out all day. most of the people at the front desk are rude and pushy. more

I love All Pets! They are always so kind to me, even with the multiple times I've had to call them with various issues with my dog. They're patient, work with me, always listen and are very kind with my dog. Plus they have a groomer in office some days, so I can not only take my dog for grooming, but he also gets his vaccinations done at the same time or if I have a concern they check it out while he's there. \r \r Plus, while they are a business, they're not out to bilk their customers. Many times when I've asked about whether he needs a teeth cleaning, etc. they're completely honest about it and he hasn't had to have them cleaned yet. \r \r I would highly recommend them to any new or just moved to the area pet owner. more

My family is now mourning the unnecessary and tragic death of our small dog after going to an abrupt and rough handling vet. The dog was scared while having his mouth opened which angered the vet even more. My gut feeling was to leave immed. which I did not thinking a vet knows more than I and we'll leave and just never come back. After a nip on the thumb and explicit g**d**** spoken by this vet I knew this was not going to be good. A muzzle was placed on our small dog and with force his teeth were examined until the vet noticed he was looking limp. To make a long story short my chihuahua exp'd cardiac arrest and died within minutes. Myself and my family are so upset and distressed about this I cannot tell you the grief we are experiencing. To go for a dental exam and come home with a dead dog is irresponsible and negligient vet care. I'm so angry right now. This pet was part of our family for 11 yrs. and to die because some vet wanted to make him obedient is beyond my comprehension. more

when I first moved into town I tried to locate a kind, caring, and knowledgeable vet. Well if you are looking for any of this in a vet, consider not going to this clinic. That is exactly how you are treated as if you are in a clinic. Not only was the Vet overly aggressive, rough, and inconsiderate but the vet tech was as well. The vet seems to think that the breed of animal(dog) sets their behavior and nothing to do with training.Not only did I have a terrible experience with this arrogant vet but the desk staff was just as bad. I was overbilled for items I did not purchase and it took quite a time before they would refund me and than they would only give me credit towards my next visit. more

As we moved recently, I spent some time locating a good quality veternarian. I feel really comfortable with the service at this location. They were friendly, answered all questions, our cats seemed "at ease" there. Other considerations were they were the cost was great and for us the location was ideal also! more

I have taken my dog here in the past. The staff and veterinarian are all very knowledgeable and capable. I have also used their grooming service for my dog. I cannot say that I have been totally happy with their customer service. They would usually complain to me and be irritated with me when my dog had mats in her hair. On one occasion, my dog needed to have an operation for a cyst on her paw. I was supposed to pick her up later that day. When I called, they said she was not done yet and that the vet would call me later. Well, he never called. I was worried about my dog and disappointed to not hear back from them. more
