We had an anniversary party for our parents recently and we were on a tight budget with a big crowd. The owners made time to meet with us, suggest cost saving ideas as well as recommend other people who they work with in the entire Sac Area. It made it very easy on us to plan the event. They provided suggestions from colors, to table layout, menus, times- they made it simple and within our budget. They were nice and fun and they really like what they do. Pros: Simple to work with more

Best customer service and amazing customized event planning 3/14/2007

I wanted to have an amazing birthday party for my wife. I met with both owners and they not only met with me free fo charge but gave me excellent ideas, excellent references to other vendors but also helped me coordinate exactly what I needed and put the event together before hand and set up everything to a tee the day of the event. If you want someone to match your budget and give you a family feel- these are the folks. Pros: Best customer service Cons: none more

Great selection and AMAZING customer service 3/14/2007

Their service was amazing, selection and availability was the best. They have the ability to make any budget and festivity seem unique. They came to meet with us free of charge and were open to our input and what we really wanted. Pros: They were easy to deal with, cost effective and pride themselves on customer service Cons: nothing that I can think of more
