we had our hardwood floors refinished.The work was mediocre, the owner Joseph was rude and obnoxious.His employees were disgruntled ,his machinery was defective.When we questioned his work he screamed at us and became aggressive and threatening.We would not reccomend him to anyone.This owner knows nothing about customer service. more

We had our entire house done w/ laminates from this company. Joseph, the owner kept trying to push us to use a dark cherry finish, when we wanted a much lighter choice... we ended up using our preference, but he was quite pushy about his ""suggestion"". Owner told us materials had 20yr warranty, (discovered later it was only 5 yr warranty)yet within a week of installation, when we found pieces of laminate planks which were irregular or even had chips in it, the owner blamed it on our original subfloor being a problem. Which makes no sense as to why his installers would use broken/chipped laminate planks. In addition, when the laminate began chipping and we called them for repair, since it was under warranty, the owner charged us $200 to fix the problem. He has not only lied and overpromised what he was actually willing to deliver, he becomes beligerant and hard to reach when it comes time for him to make good on his word w/. regard to warranty and service. Yet he really bugged us to get the job once he gave us estimate for job. As previous poster experienced, Joseph yelled at us on the phone when we tried to get problems resolved... He caused us great aggrevation and stress. Absolutely do not even consider this company. My ratingn reflects one star, because ""zero"" was not given as an option here. We could not disagree more with the other review. We don't generally do these on line reviews, but felt strongly that we should share our wonderful experience with this company. When we went looking for new wood flooring for our hallways and family room we knew a look that we wanted, but did not know the details of installation or performance issues. We met with Douglas once and Guy once while we made up our minds and both of them were very courteous and professional. They both helped out by helping us choose the right floor for our environment, lifestyle and of course budget. We chose a high quality Kahrs Maple floor based on their knowledge of our environment and home layout. We couldn't be happier with the look and performance of the floor. It has been down for two years and still looks GREAT! We have refer All Nations without hesitation to anyone we know who is looking for a new hardwood floor. They provided us with professional and courteous service from the time we walked in the showroom door to the time the installers left our home and have been there if we had any questions about cleaning etc. The one very small complaint is that they have a lot of wood products to choose from but have a smaller selection of other surfaces like laminate or vinyl, but if you need a wood or tile floor they are the people who will do it RIGHT for you. Having seen professional installers at work I would certainly NOT suggest trying a project like that on your own because there are lots of small details you don't think of.....use a high quality company like All Nations Flooring. We had All Nations Flooring install hardwood floors in our home. We had to take them to court in order to get our money back. It was such a horrible job! There are huge gaps in the floors and you can stub your toe on the uneven boards. Most of the boards they put down in the kitchen are about 6 inches long - it looks terrible! They didn't even finish putting quarter round down! We took them to court and WON. However, they won't pay us! They're lawyer told us they are going to declare bankruptcy which I seriously doubt.\r While installing the floors I was screamed at while I was 8 months pregnant and holding my young son by the owner, Joseph (or Yossi) Gatlin. \r DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
