All My Sons Moving & Storage

I've had the worst experience with their moving manager in Las Vegas named Roger. He tried to reschedule my move twice without taking into account my preference after our phone conversations. He rushed me into giving him my credit card number after bragging about his years of experience when I was voicing some concerns about the move. In general, it's reassuring to know one's expertise and years of experience but he conveyed his in a very condescending way. He then had his crew show up at my house without prior notice when he told me he would call 1 hour ahead of time. It was as if I had to wait when they would be available for me that day. He became argumentative on the phone when I tried to clarify if I would get charged from the time they showed up at my house when I was not there. He was rude, arrogant, made no concessions, nor was he apologetic for his behavior and for disrupting my scheduled move. When I told him I wanted to cancel their services he replied, ""Let's do that,"" in an irritated tone. The stress and aggravation he gave me was uncalled for. Moving alone is very stressful. As a result, my move was delayed by 2 days and I had to hire another moving company (which turned out have the best people in their team). I called All My Sons' 1877 number in Texas and I received the same dismissive treatment. My only consolation: they reimbursed the $50 deposit they charged my card. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. more

All my sons moving is the worst company you could ever use!!!! Their movers went into our boxes and tried to steal our things!!!! We contacted the manager who assured us a refund - we never heard back from them. We filed a complaint with the Business agencies, and their response was they would not issue the refund. DO NOT MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! They boast the claim of not having any blemishes business verification agencies - they are lying!! Look them up!! They have several claims!!! more

To Whom It May Concern:\r \r I am writing to you today to tell you about the exceptional service that "All My Sons Moving & Storage" company gave me. From my initial email (which they responded back to me within minutes), to the actual move and completing the transaction was totally above and beyond service expected. They were precise and everything went very smooth. They arrived on time (in fact they were early). I was given a window time of arrival between 9-10 am and they arrived at my home in Mesquite at 8:30 am. The two employees scheduled for my move were very courteous and they ran circles around me and were quick to do anything. I didn't once have to ask them to do anything twice. They handled all of my furniture with special care. We then moved all my belongings to Henderson and once we got there, again they were quick, efficient, and very caring. I had them bring the king size bed up stairs and apologized that it was up stairs as I am 6 mo pregnant and could not help. more

I had a 3 bedroom house and a washer and dryer to pick up and move within Vegas. The 3 man team achieved the entire move withing 6 hours including travel to and from both locations. They were very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend them! more

I have used All My Sons Moving and Storage on my last three moves. I must say, each time I have been ecstatic with the service I have received. This great customer service extends throughout the entire company:from the order taker to the dispatcher to the guys doing the work. Everyone actually does what they say they are going to do. I found the movers to be most respectful of me and of my belongings. They have taken great care to wrap my furniture and to transport and place it without dinging it up. I will continue to use this company on all future moves. more

I know most people like to her bad things online, but i can not blame these guys. They worked 12 HOURS non stop, NO LUNCH BREAK to move me and my family from Henderson to Summerlin.\r I freaked out on the guys when i got the price, and i should not have. The charges were broken down for me, but i was stressed from moving and acted like an as...le. I later felt bad, there was nothing wrong with the charges or the service. \r Everything was placed in my house at the rooms i wanted, and best of all there was no damage. more

I was very unsatisfied with this company. Very expensive. The movers were very slow and didn't care that you are paying them $130.00 an hour to work. You would be better off getting a Uhaul and doing it yourself. Other moving companies quoted us much less. We were quoted about $700. We paid more than double. Awful company, awful and rude owner, lazy workers. more

All my sons is by the far the worst and biggest rip-off in town. It took 3 guys more than 12 hours to move a house and $1500. later we still had to do a 1/3 of the move ourselves. They didn't move anything upstairs, they were lazy and rude, talked on their cells phones, scratched our furniture and had attitude. The owner when we called to complain was rude and didn't care about customer service. You are better off using Starving Students. They moved us a year ago and for half the price. DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS! YOU WILL BE SORRY! more

this is a very well ran buisness. the staff is great and they really get the job done. they take very good care of your stuff and work very fast. they don't over charge and are clean. the facility is well taken care of and is very safe to store your stuff. they have my buisness. more
