While they were punctual, they broke a $450 television. This was on May 20th and the issue is yet to be resolved. This is my second time using their services. The first went just fine, but this has been ridiculous. In an attempt to be cheap, they tried to send us a new television, but it was broken in transit. UPS said that it was because All Muscle didn't pay for the appropriate shipping box. Now, they said that they will deduct $150 per week from the check of the employee who dropped the television. What kind of mess is that. We have already waited nearly 3 months! Terrible business practices all around. We'll see what the BBB and my attorney have to say about this. I'm not above small claims court!
