The company is under new management. I brought my 4-year old Eureka upright in for a new belt, and replacement of a torn hose and new hose tools. The owner was friendly and courteous. He promised a complete tune-up, hose repair, and tools to replace mine that were missing or worn for a price of $59. When I picked up the unit there were no additional hose tools, the hose was still torn. When I asked why he said he was sorry but forgot about those items. He fished through a box of used parts and offered two or three used tool attachments. I told him I was expecting much more for $59. We renegotiated for $35. When I got the machine home, I discovered that the tune up didn’t include changing the HEPA filter, or replacing the disposable bag. I will not be a repeat customer. \r
