We used Roger to install our blinds which he made two initial trips to the house (estimate and measure) then a final trip to install. Overall great look after the installation but we did have a problem with one of the blinds being too short. We called him back to inquire and have replaced and he stated it probably couldn't be unless the manufacturer mis-cut the blind. We took measurement and it was off about 2 inches. \r

My wife and I called him back several times, leaving messages, to let him know that it needed to be replaced and failed to return our phone calls. In a frustrated effort of reaching him I threatened to call the BBB. He finally called back and said he does not see the issue with the blind being too short it will stretch out over time or lower it from the top so that it touches the window sill and put a window treatment above it. Unfortunately, I do have a 'issue' with it since it is the only blind that was measured incorrectly by him.\r

His unwillingness to correct the issue is the reason for my rating.\r

Please be very weary of his customer service .. .once he is done he will not come back.
