Horrible Experience 4/13/2012

I have to give at least one star if not my review would not publish...Used All In One Movers for a move from Fair Lawn to Fair Lawn and had the worst experience. First off I was booked with another moving company who gave me a fair rate but because I was on a budget I went with All In One because they offered a cheaper rate. Movers showed up late although I was moving one block away from them, secondly their excuse was the truck broke down..Lies because I walked to the office and saw 2 other trucks just sitting there when I tried to go inside the door was locked? I called them and to my surprise someone answers and when I asked where there office was it was the same location but supposedly no one was there?? I should have know, when I walked back home I saw the truck pull up. 1 hr later my move began, they started wrapping all of my furniture (literally) they wrapped my cleaning tools ie. broom, dust pan with bubble wrap (for insurance purposes) but at that point I just had to move. At the final destination I received my bill of $1,770 to move a 1 bedroom apartment...Forced to pay this ridiculous amount if not things would be taken to a storage facility to then accumulate more fees. I paid cash (only form of payment accepted) and finally after unpacking everything glass pictures, desk, wheel on chair and most important cracked screen on my desktop ruined. But at least my broom made it safely!!!! Do Not Use These Crooks Ever....Currently in the process of a complaint with the Attorney General!! more

Best of the best. 12/19/2011

The team that I was assigned was very professional, patient and organized. Every item was stickered and written down on an inventory sheet which made it so much easier for me seeing as how I was moved into a storage unit. I will be calling them when my new home is finished being built. I have recommended AIO to family and friends and will continue to. Two thumbs up guys!! more

You never know what to expect when you hire movers, after all the bad experiences I was very cautious about these men. They blew my mind, aside form being very professional they were extremely fast (never knew little spanish guys could handle my things like that). This has by far been my best moving experience, hope to work with AIO in the future. more

We were very happy with our move. The three guys that moved us were friendly, polite and very helpful. They helped us figure out what worked better with our furniture set up. I was also pleased with how helpful Nicole was on the phone. We moved a year ago and used a different company so we have something to compare AIO to. Honestly, we would recommend them and we also gave our realtor their name and number for her future clients. more

We want to thank all in one moving for one of the best moves we ever had. Our furniture was well wrapped and professionally protected with blanket. A 3-man team packed us up in just few hours, and moved us the same day. They moved very quickly, but all of the items were carefully loaded & unloaded professionally. Extremely friendly and helpful, great overall experience. We recommend using this company again more

I highly recommend All In One Moving as a moving company. Three weeks ago my family moved from New Jersey to Connecticut on a short notice. We did not have a lot of time to finish packing and they helped and packed all of our kitchenware and my sons room in no time. Nothing was damaged, not even my mom's collection of china sets. It was such a mess, moving out of a 6-bedroom house, but nothing got lost or broken. When we arrived in CT the men unloaded everything and even put furniture EXACTLY where I wanted it. They did a very good job, and I liked their attitude, professionalism, neat and organized with a job well done. Pros: polite, respectful, professional and quick more

Best movers ever! Took the worries out of my first time move! 2/5/2009

This was my first move ever and let me say these guys were great! They packed, wrapped, and moved my entire one bedroom apartment in less than 2 hours!!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service at an affordable price! Pros: Quick, careful, and reasonably priced Cons: None! more
