All Floors Of Orlando LLC

Well here goes. I have had hardwood floors and tiling done by All Floors in the past and was satisfied with the results. However, my recent experience sent me screaming away and I will never do business with them again. I needed a combination of hardwood and carpeting installed this time. I called and Leroy came out and measured and discussed the project. The problem was matching or coordinating with my existing hardwood and Leroy promised to search for products and call me back. \r \r Thereafter I did not hear from him and I had to call them back at regular intervals to inquire about my project. Finally after 4 weeks, Leroy told me he had turned the project over to Luis who would be helping me thereafter. At first Luis was helpful and promised to find an acceptable product. He did call me with updates the first week. Finally he called to say that he had found a product and I went to look at it. He had sourced a hardwood product that was 6" in width when my existing hardwood more

After the work was done I was very disappointed.\r \r Large gaps in joints, some of our original already installed wood has a couple holes here and there. Dropped tools perhaps? \r \r Some of the planks are much lower than the one right next to the other. Almost the entire area worked on is like this ,one board is higher and one is lower, etc.\r \r \r Dust all over our brand new copier not to mention all the other stuff that had so much sawdust all over it. , if only I had know the mess they would have made I simply would have covered it with a bed sheet. \r I haven't bothered to see if our copier even makes good copies now it's probably so infused with saw dust. \r \r Overall it looks like a butched job .\r \r Not to mention one of the installers was a little bit rude and kind of a smart ass.\r \r If only the work was excellent I'd totally be fine with the punk attitude , but the work was pretty bad.\r \r Since we didn't have a large area to be installed I didn't wanna bother with calling the office more

Though we did not purchase any items at this establishment, the service and attention we received from the associates was excellent.\r We had measurements on hand and even though we explained that we were "just looking" we were never pressured or made feel that we were not worth assisting.\r That alone, in my book, is great customer service.\r We will be purchasing from them in the near future. more
