Very disappointed. Although our interaction with the sales agent was positive, the same cannot be said about the carpet that was installed, or rather, not installed. We had asked for carpet in the master bedroom AND adjoining closets. The owner himself came by but was only in the house for less than 10 minutes (other companies estimates and measurers took 20-60 minutes on average). Despite our explicit instructions, a scribbled contract was written that did not include the closets. When the carpet was installed, only the bedroom was done. When I personally contacted the owner about the oversight, he took no responsibility, was completely non apologetic, and seemed offended that I would even insinuate that the oversight could have been on his part. He offered no suggestion or recommendation to alleviate the oversight whatsoever. I used a competitor to complete the carpeting project in the closets and could not have been happier with their customer service. Their pricing is pretty good, but sometimes you get what you pay for.
