All Fields Of Concrete

Foundation leaks and seepage are the worst. I was walking in my socks in my basement office and all of a sudden my socks were soaked. I moved some furniture and pulled up my carpet and had traced the water back to the wall. I looked on the Better Business Bureaus website and found All Fields of Concrete in Chicago. I gave them a call just to leave a message on there machine & was suprised to get the owner. Who happened to be doing paperwork. He came out to my home in LaGrange and found two cracks in my foundation. He also found some foundation roll over issues. He explained how he would repair the foundation and provided me with his licensing information, insurance, and a written lifetime guarentee. Everything was on the up and up so we put a work order in and he was able to come out the next day and repair my foundation. One repair they was able to do from the outside. The other repair they did on the outside. They used jackhammers to get through the frozen ground. It was amazing to watch. All the dirt they put on sheets of plywood and when they were done, you could not even tell that there was a huge hole there before. They were very clean. It is refreshing to come across hard working tradesmen with talent these days. I had an Angel looking out for me when I used these guys. more

We always had some tiny water seepage in the basement during storms. Last year was too much. Our next door neighbor’s brother-in-law runs All Fields of Concrete. The foundation was cracking and you could see the discoloration on the basement wall. Mike’s bid was not the cheapest, but we could tell he knew his stuff. No more leaks and the musty smell gone. We should have done this a long time ago. Highly recommended. more
