I have been with All Eyes Optometrists for several years. Recently, my son was recommended to wear contact lenses. So, we decided to give him a try. But, I paid $40 copay. Then, I just realized my copay for contact lens exam is $20. I called them and ask why I was charged $40. The receptionist said copay was $20 and additional $20 was to teach my son to wear contact lenses since he was a beginner. I never thought I need to pay for that; the contact lens exam covers evaluation, fittings, 2 follow-ups. First, I don't think I need to pay that additional $20. Second, fittings should cover how to wear contact lenses. In addition, I guess it's COURTESY for BEGINNERS. I was not happy!
