All Creatures Pet Lodge Inc

Too often people only find the time to file a complaint and don't find the time to pay a compliment for great service received which is why I'm writing this review for the Pet Lodge. I've had pets all my life and have been fortunate to never having to board them when I've had to leave them until this past year. After driving by the Pet Lodge for months I decided to stop and check them out. Without hesitation and without an appointment they took me on a tour of the facility. I had a great first impression. It was clean, the animals seemed well cared for and the employees were very nice. I love the fact that they require proof of current vaccinations before they will accept your pet to stay at the lodge. Well the day came that I had to leave my 11 year old dog for a full week. Needless to say I was nervous but confident with my choice of boarding. Due to his age and the fact he had never been boarded before they suggested the suite. GREAT choice. I called several times during the week and they always made me feel good - never made me feel like I was bothering them. Upon my return to pick up my pet he seemed very happy and didn't seem too anxious to leave. A couple months later (Thanksgiving) I had to once again use the Pet Lodge. This time it included my daughter's dog as well. Because her dog's vaccinations were expiring the week of Thanksgiving they would not take her until they received proof they were updated, That proved to me that they do stand firm with this requirement. When we arrived to leave them for the holiday my dog did not hesitate to go inside. He seemed very relaxed and happy to enter. I knew right then that the choice of the Pet Lodge is the perfect choice. Thanks to all at the Lodge!! more

When I went to the Pet Lodge it was by far better than any place I had been. They even had the Seminole County Kennel inspection report posted up for all to see that showed they received the best scores on every single category. I think anyone looking to board should stop by and tour before making any decisions. It sounds like some of these reviews that are posted on the internet might be posted from ex employees or other kennels. I loved it. more

The below comments are in regards to my little dog Danny. The owner David had NO answers to what had happened to our beloved little dog. He didn't know how the place was being run. When we went to meet with him, he placed us in the room where they board their cars, which is very unprofessional. My dad and I had to stand among cats, while DAVID had no answers. The question we keep asking ourselves is : WHY WAS OUR 14LB DOG IN WITH A 40LB DOG? The policy on their website states they do separate sizes, but obviously. If you are an owner of a little dog, please think twice. My family and I are so upset and still grieving over this. If you are a pet owner who treats their pet as their child, please think twice. more

Recently my girlfriends 12 pound dog was attack by a much larger dog while at day care. The dog was taken to an animal hospital and was then put down due to its injuries. The day cares website, which is now down, used to say that the animals were separated by size and temperament. When asked what happened the staff provided very little information, only that the other dog was 40 plus pounds. more

I just had to come online and give a review. I can't believe there aren't any. I was planning and family get together over the weekend and of course my dog has to jump in the pool then roll in the mud right before everyone was about to come over. Luckily their groomer could fit me in last minute for a bath, and I decided to leave him there for daycare to get him out of the house for the afternoon. When I picked him up he went right to sleep in the backseat. Good job Petlodge! Pros: Lower Grooming Prices!!! Cons: Parking! more

Pet Lodge........Words cant discribe!!!!!! I heard about Pet Lodge from a friend that LOVEDDDD it. I decided to take a tour after reading some ""REVENGE"" rewiews, at least thats what they looked like. I have 3 A.K.C. breader Yorkies. The tour was soo inlighting because the facility is incredable!!! All the girls in uniform were working , the place smelled great, there was three boarding oppions which all were clean. The manager Tracy told me i was always more then welcome to talk directly to her with any questions or concerns I might have. My dogs stayed in the ""Fun Run"" because they love other dogs, and they would be board in a Suite. The suites are very nice though : ) I have used them 3 times, and will always trust the staff. The Pet Lodge is incredible! I went, I toured, I boarded my great dane. Great Danes need alot of space, and the main boarding option is perfect 4 ft by 15 ft area of space is so much better than some little crate he would be stuck in at some other boarding facility. also they are all completely inside instead of half inside half out like other places. i like this better because if i were to board during floridas hurricane season I wouldn't have to worry about the place flooding like the last place I boarded at. I was so nervous to leave my two chihuahuas anywhere, but the customer service is incredible! and when I went to pick up the boys THEY DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE!! I know that they are taken care of here because now everytime I say lets go to the petlodge, my dogs are so excited to go. Pros: service, custom boarding, environment Cons: just make sure to schedule for the suites as soon as possible they book up kind of fast more
