Vet 9/22/2010

When our cat got sick in the middle of the night, my husband brought him there and they were really nice during a difficult time when we learned our cat had heart disease. We had to go back a few times and they were really caring. more

Compassionate veterinarian 9/1/2010

I love this vet, and I'm not even an animal owner! My son had the class turtle for the summer, and the shell developed this sort of white coating. I had no idea if this was serious, so I called All Creatures and was invited to come in even though it was right at the end of their day. The turtle turned out to be fine; the white stuff just needed to be wiped off, but I was really impressed at how the vet just seemed to care so much. They were very nice to me and even thanked me for bringing the turtle in instead of just assuming it would be fine. I would definitely bring a pet there. more

Ignored my pet! 8/19/2010

I had to bring my rabbit in late one night because he had stopped eating and was showing signs of pain. He had a fever of 105 (normal being 100-103). With a couple of x-rays, and knowing the usual signs, the vet diagnosed him with GI stasis (where the intestines stop) and recommended that he stay overnight. He wasn't even there for 12 hours, and the bill had already climbed to over $900. I asked for copies of the medical record so that I could bring them to my regular vet the next day. All Creatures sent the rabbit home with ORAL medications. Since his digestive system wasn't even working, I would have thought it would be common sense to not provide oral medications (my normal vet proved me right). I also realized that when I looked at his medical records, his temperature spiked to 107.1. I looked for any indications of them providing ice packs, or chilled IV fluids, none of which were written in the medical records. With my rabbit at home, my family and I took the time to switch out a more
