On 7/26/10 I brought in a chain saw that was hard to start, expecting a call within a few days to let me know the repair cost. I stoped in Aug. 5 to see or hear something. Your 3rd on the list I was told and we will call you later today. No phone call. Today Aug. 10, I called again.
After a five minute wait on hold. I called back and was told there are seven people at the counter that we have to take care of first then back to hold. No sorry, no we will call you later.
This was my first and last dealing with this company.
The employees need serious training in "Public Relations" and "How to Care and Keep Customers.
Unless you have to have a "Stihl" product repaired. I can not give All County Mower & Equipment a good recomendation.
