Great service. Very friendly workers and I was pleased with the service.

Worst

I had terrible service from the office personnel, the technician and the owner. They were rude and dishonest. They might have a big store and slightly cheaper monthly pool servi...

I recommend all clear pool & spa supply, they did a great job cleaning our pool. They always had great ideas of how to keep my pool clean! After everything was set they worked hard on it and completed their task. I am glad I came with all clear pool and spa. Next in a week or so it will be my spa and I will honestly use them again! Recommended. more

I went in to All clear pool and bought a jet blaster air hockey I really liked it to have friends over and play some jet. I also got it on sale which was nice. Thanks to the staff that helped me purchase this item. more

I love these people! When I take a water sample in they test it and sell me what I need and nothing more. My pool was clear all year long and I am convinced there were the reason. In the last I have gone to the national chain pool store on Laguna Blvd. and their solution to many problems was to drain the pool and start over. Never done that due in large part to all clear. Today my pool is "All Clear". I love these people! more

I love these people! When I take a water sample in they test it and sell me what I need and nothing more. My pool was clear all year long and I am convinced there were the reason. In the last I have gone to the national chain pool store on Laguna Blvd. and their solution to many problems was to drain the pool and start over. Never done that due in large part to all clear. Today my pool is ""All Clear"". I love these people! more

They offer great services, They did a fantastic job with my old pool now if you see if it looks brand new. They are top notch service and inexpensive. I strongly recommend them for any pool service it is that you may need. more

In this economy I have trouble justifying paying for pool service. I wish I could but just don't have it. I started going to All Clear Pool and Spa. They were helpful and got me the stuff I needed. If there was any down side I felt like they tried to sell me maybe more than I needed but I'm savvy enough to not fall for any up sell tricks. My pool looks great and we have been swimming all season. Thank you. more

Great 5/11/2012

The staff at All Clear in Elk Grove, CA helped me turn my ugly 'dark greenish black' pool water back to a beautiful crystal clear using their recipe of shock and muriatic acid. This is my first pool and they educated me on how to keep the water clear and clear moving forward. They also fixed my pool sweep charging only for parts and it works awesome now! I was shopping at a competitors store and found them to be rude and impatient with new pool owners so I switched to All Clear and have been extremely happy ever since. more

Great! 4/24/2012

Awesome store, I am from Los Angeles and have never seen such a well-stocked store. I think the owner waited on me, I couldn't believe he could figure out what pool cartridge I needed just by asking a few questions. I was doubtful, but he was right they fit. He also helped me Clean out the inside of my pump. They definitely won me over; I am going to try their pocket store also since it is closer to my work. more

Service and Quality 10/30/2010

I am always looking for the best and cheapest way to keep my pool from turning green. I am always reading all the recommendations online and from Leslies but I am always going back and forth, every time I go into all clear it?s like a lesson, sometimes I wish I had a note pad and a pen. But any who all clears employees are well educated and have always helped me to maintain my pool the cheapest! By the way THANKS ALL CLEAR i love the nature 2 express, I use way less chlorine and it took 5mins to install! Best product i have every bought. more
