i thought he was an honest good throw back guy that you could trust when i first met him to service my unit. i even recommended him 2 additional customers, because he seemed as if he had my best interest in hand. The wolf came out and i am truly disappointed with his service and would recommend not to use him, and if you do get a second opinion. he actually had my pregnant wife suffering last summer during the heat wave, because he said the unit wasn't working. then to top it off he had my 10 month old baby suffering for the first heat wave this summer because i guess he wanted to make a buck. my second opinion guy got my unit working fine. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I DONT KNOW IF IT IS INEXPERIENCE OR THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE A BUCK. more

Had a broken compressor during the middle of a heatwave (nightmare scenario). They came by that afternoon after I put an inquiry to Service magic. Diagnosed the problem, then worked with my central a/c company on the warranty to order the part (special ordered). Really went out of their way to accomodate my situation. Much appreciated!
