I found All Chicago Appliance & AC Repair in the phone book and chose to use them .?????The repair man was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. ?????The first time I called him as for my washing machine, he's now repaired my oven, replaced a garbage disposal, repaired a different problem with my washer. They do not disappoint so I will continue to use them. more

Don't you hate it when things go wrong when you need them the most?! It was two nights before Thanksgiving and it was my turn to cook--and my oven wouldn't start! Thank goodness for All Chicago Appliance & AC Repair--they weren't booked up and got to me the same day I called. Oven was repaired, Thanksgiving was saved. Phew! more

I will give All Chicago Appliance 5 stars. Without a doubt this business is the best that I've come across. They came out because I had an issue with my washer,which I knew from the start, kind of is like a car, you never know until you get into it what's wrong. Well, I can say I'm very happy with repair for my machine, it s like new now. Yes, it may break down someday and yes I will call them and have it repaired again. That's how much I love my machine and I love this company, thanks to the lady who answered the phones and thanks repair man who came out to make my washer all better. more

My dryers motor was busted and needed to be replaced immediately. So I played the bargain hunting game and called up a bunch of repair services to see which had the best service fee. This one company won out over the others and they did a very good job. Will use again. more

I called All Chicago Appliance & AC Repair because of the reviews. Their employees were willing to help me any way they could. The secretary there went through my problem right over the phone, and ended up figuring it out. Then I offered to give her some fee for her help and she refused it. She says charges only happen when repair men come out to the person's house. I am telling all my friends about them , and I will be sure to call them if I have any problems with my appliances in the future. more

We called All Chicago Appliance & AC Repair with a problem with our refrigerator. Their secretary researched it over the phone with the model number information. After she did it we found out the simple answer to the problem without even making a service call . As in, they told us how to fix the issue instead of coming down and fixing it themselves and putting money in their pocket. An honest company that loses business to save you money and time is the best company around. Knowing this we will definitely contact All Chicago Appliance & AC Repair with any further needs. more

There was something wrong with the ventilation system in my oven and it would always push out this weird black smoke whenever it was on for just a few minutes. I called up you guys and you came over and fixed it immediately. I'm happy to say that my oven now works smog-free! Thanks I wanna get the word out about you. more

All Chicago Appliance & AC Repair was the third one I called after getting their quote and reading about their company I was confident I had made the right decision they came over and fixed my dishwasher. I was tired of washing them by hand. This appliance service was great, not too pricey, nice, efficient. more

I called them at 7:30 am but I realized 6/2/2012

I called them at 7:30 am but I realized that my refrigerator was not cooling. They answered right away and set me up with an appointment for 9am that same day! All other companies I called wanted me to wait another day for the repair. more

The technician was very knowledgeable and most important honest! I loved being able to make an appointment over the phone. The live operator answered right away and they were able to come the same day. I will definitely use them in the future if I have a problem again. more

Great company to call 5/15/2012

Me and my spouse's oven hasn't been working for over a month. One day we decided that we were sick of using the microwave but since we both work full-time we never thought it would be a possibility to get someone over to fix the oven. But the All Chicago Appliance & AC Repair company was able to work around our schedule to get our oven repaired. more

These guys are awesome. They are honest as the day is long. fair priced, speedy and polite, and really tries hard to save you excess expenses. They make sure to research and think about the best most economic way to repair your appliance. more
