I am 40 and have been with All Century Insurance since I was 27. I have never had a bad experience. All I know is that I will always be with All Century Insurance they are my insurance agent and I will recommend that everybody take All Century as an insurance company. more

Just wanted to let people know that i purchased Insurance with All Century Insurance at there Van Nuys location, the service they provided was great and the price was really cheap. They saved me about $300 dollars from what i was paying before with my previous insurance. I would Highly recommend them. more

Luis is the best! I had been with my insurance for over 5 years and was fed up with paying high prices that I knew were up the roof and with constant issues every month from billing issues to mess ups on my policy. My friend sensed my frustation and told me to give All Century a try and may I say ""Oh My God"" I can't believe that I didnt call them before. Luis was very professional and straight forward. The savings are incredible! I am saving over $750 per year!!! I purchased my policy online but they have offices all over California for those of you that feel more comfortable going in. Seriously, why can't everything else be so simple! more

Do not trust this All Century Insurance. You will have problems after problems after problems with them. Their employees constantly lied to me and made lots of data mistakes when getting auto insurance with them. This is the worse insurance I've come accross with. Wished I had never came here in the first place but lesson learned. more

Dissapointment! Bad experience with All Century Insurance. They are money suckers! Every time I went to there office the lady agent was on the phone and seems she could never get off the phone because she was giving directions to other ""agents"" at the Bell location on how to deal with what they were doing??? Doesn't that tell you that, they are useless and non proffesionals??? They are never on time and make you wait a lot. Plus, you get bill for unquestionable charges! BEWARE, DO NOT TRUST THEM. more

WARNING!!! Becareful with this ""Insurance"". Different employees which are Non liscense agents work here and give different quote amounts! Plus they make there own charges (tips for themselves)!!!. They charge you a certain amount and end up sending a different amount to Infinity(the insurance)!!!. Every time I went to fix problems that they made with entering the wrong information in my claim and with additional charges that I didn't understand where they came from and why, I would talk to a different person at the office since it seems that they rotate just so that they don't get caught!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE TO ANYONE. THEY ARE JUST FRAUD!!! My husband and I REGRET GOING THERE. more

Worst Insurance Company In Southern California 5/6/2009

This Company is untrust worthy. Their Employee's conastantly lie. I tested them at both of the office locations with different people and found that they lie about rates, whose availble, in all conversations and corresspondence. They lied for two weeks. They have people who give quotes and then they dont work their. But the next day they do work their. They give quote and then a new person calls you with a different outrageous rate. Then they pretend like the qrinal rate that was given was by a person how doesn't really work there. But my friend called and spoke with the very person they said didn't work thier. I highly recommend not doing business with Annie at the 323-460-4747 location or with Erica at the 818-988-4747 location. They lie and give clients the run around.
