All Car Towing & Recovery

Please, I am begging you all if you can avoid this place, do so! All Car towing is a scam, a sham, and all of the above! My sister's car stopped in the middle of the parkway. Not having AAA, we were forced to get the car towed to All Car. Dominick told us he can fix the problem, that the problem was a simple wiring issue. We came back the next day paid over $400. He supposedly fixed the problem and guaranteed the problem wouldn't happen again. TWO DAYS LATER, it broke down again. We again took it to All Car and Dominick changed his story, saying it was a some sort of part that was defect and he had to order a new part. When we called to check up on the car, he supposedly bought the wrong part and had to send it back and get the right one. When we called back again, he had a family emergency and he couldn't look at the car at the time. This man was full of excuses. When we called a 3rd time that week they said the car was ready. We went to get it and he swore up and down it was not going to break down. IT BROKE DOWN A 3rd TIME, only this time the battery completely died. We called Dominick to pick up the car in his towing truck and took it back to the shop. He then said it was a battery issue. That battery was only 8-9months old, I bought it myself. He toyed around with the car again and gave us his word it would not break down, it broke down A FOURTH TIME! We then had it towed back home because taking it to ALL CAR was a waste of time and money. We spent over $500 on a car that was never fixed. After all of that we took it to another mechanic and he said whoever worked on the car previously (ie All Car) completely messed up everything and there was nothing he could do to revive it. Oh and Dominick also cut the wires to the radio of the car for no apparent reason. This man is a cheat, a thief, and a crook. He preys on people who are vulnerable and takes advantage of those who are in desperate situations. We will be taking legal action! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! more

thank you all car for being so prompt in assisting me, got a flat while hurrying to the gas station in the next exit off the parkway. broke down while running out of gas. called a friend that recommended all car towing for prompt assistance. not 20 minutes had passed yet, and dominick assisted me towards the next exit, and i made it to work on time, thanks all car and dominick. more

THANK YOU!!!!!!! My recent Breakdown on the Parkway almost left me in tears. I thought I was going to have to spend the whole day waiting for a tow truck to come out,, But i didn't!! Upon calling All Car, I was told a Truck would be out to me within a half Hour. Guess what, 11 Minutes later and their truck was at the scene of my breakdown. Driver was friendly and asked me if I wanted to have them check the vehicle out at their shop. I said ""as Long as you can get me back on the Road asap, that would Be excellent"" Back at there shop, a 15 Minute diagnosis revealed that all I needed was a new coil pack. They ordered one for me and put it on for me, and I was back on the road in very little time. The Repair , in my opinion was very cheap. Thank you All Car, we will definetly be doing business again.!!!!!!! more

Highly Recommend.....I was broken down on route 35 in Aberdeen.I call All-Car and talked to Steve on the phone and he told me they would send a truck right now.About 15 minutes later All-Car truck pulled up the driver Bill was so nice and handled my car like a professional.I asked if they did repairs and Bill said yes they had a mechanic on duty.He towed me and they told me i had a bad alternator.All Car had me fixed and back on the road in less then an hour,I was so happy with their service.I recommend then to all my friends and family now. more

Never do this stuff,but All Car came out to the pakway when my truck died.I really thought this was it for my truck.The mechanic looked at my truck and it was only my alternator,he fixed it and I was on my way.Great people and service.Thanks again more

Cant thank you all enough,was visting over the holidays and had trouble with my car at a mall in Woodbridge.It was late and thought I would be stuck I googled a tow company and luckly your name came up.Prompt service first of all,didnt even wait 1/2 an hour your driver said it seemed like an alternator or maybe a battery they towed it to there shop and the next morning called me and said it was just a battery they replaced it and my car has been fine for the last month.WOULD definitely use this company again.THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!! more

Broke down with my family on the parkway, not only did they rip me off on the pricing ($525 for an alternator), they stole my sunglasses worth $176, and the owner offered me $75 in reimbursement after numerous phone calls. -The old, call back tomorrow!-and, yes, a police report was filed! more

Being a new driver and breaking down with my moms car I was scared... you know how moms are..ha ha But with your help I was on my way in no time and mom doesnt know!!! I am very surprised to see that these people had a bad experience with All Car but it looks like the same person posted 3 times under different names! I broke down and the police call All Car Towing and they were there in a flash. The driver was so friendly and helpful and had me laughing when I wanted to cry. They towed my car back to their shop and it was repaired in no time at a very reasonable price. I would use them again if I needed and I would also tell all my friends and family. to use them Great Job!! Doreen........ more

I WAS STUCK ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD IN THE DEAD OF WINTER WITH NO MONEY AND MY 3YEAR OLD IN THE CAR WE BROKE DOWN AND I WAS VERY NERVOUS THAT WHOM EVER I CALLED WOULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME BECAUSE I WAS A SINGLE WOMEN WITH A BABY AND NEEDED TO GET TO A WARM HOME. DENNIS WAS DRIVING BY AND HE STOPPED AND I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT I HAD NO MONEY AND DID NOT KNOW HOW I COULD PAY HE TOLD ME TO LOCK UP MY CAR AND PPUT THE BABY IN THE WARM TRUCK HIS EMPLOYEE WILL PUP THE CAR AND HE DROVE ME HOME !!!!!! These people are dishonest! Don?t use them. I broke down on a Friday night and called my motor club for a tow. They dispatched All Car Towing. Upon arrival, based on the sound of the engine, Denny told me I dropped a piston and would need a new engine. He said he?s done engine work for 20 years and could do the work for $1400. Denny towed to his place. Sat morning he told me there was no engine compression and it was definitely a dropped piston. He?d get a low-mileage engine. Monday Denny told me there were 4 cars ahead of me. Tuesday I was first told the engine was out and they just needed part. Then they told me the engine was disconnected and just waiting a lift to remove. This would take 2-3 days. I stopped at the office Wednesday to see what work was done so far. Lifted the hood, nothing had been disconnected. Told them I was taking it elsewhere. They said they replaced a spark plug,. When I started the car, the engine sound from when I first broke down was gone. The other garage told me all that happened was loose spark plugs ? NOT A DROPPED PISTON LIKE DENNY CLAIMED. All Car could have cleaned the engine, charged me for a new one and I would have never known the only problem was loose spark plug wires. Denny?s lying and dishonesty would have cost me $1400 plus taxes if I hadn?t gone there to see what they did for myself. Pros: Non Cons: Dishonest thieves.
