I bought a 2006 Subaru Baja on E-Bay That has had nothing but problems since i bought it. Already sank about 2000 dollars and it needs more.Car was in collision. needed front end work. Couldn't start the car after it set for a couple of days needed a fuel pump. They had to start the car with starting fluid they told me it was because of the cold weather. This car is a piece of junk.The interior has heavy smoke stains.The motor leaks oil and antifreeze will need a head gasket.They said there was no leaks.I havn't even put 500 miles on this car. SHUT EM DOWN!!!! Won a 2008 Subaru Outback through eBay auction, listed as needing nothing! Drove 8 hours round trip to pick it up. Frank, the manager, told me to my face that he doesn't sell cars that have something wrong with them. Hah! Drove away and heard a clunkin sound, smelled burning oil, clutch was vibrating...drove it to my uncle's shop after the check engine light turned on. Have pictures of 2 Coke cans wrapped around the exhaust, covering holes, CV joints broken, stabilizer bar broken, needs $2000 in repairs just to pass inspection! They let me return it, maybe because I hadn't left feedback on eBay yet... Lost out on $500 in gas and $100 for temporary plates which they refused to refund. This business should not be allowed to operate!!!! more

Horrible!!! These people including the owners are illiterate and unprofessional. The sales manager Frank made arrangement with me, had me drive two hours and then vanished… No calls, no text, not a peep… Called the owner the next day and found him to be a waste of time as well, he proceeded to curse at me and say that maybe the guy was having fun with you and that it was my fault for taking him seriously. I’m amazed that in this day and age people like this exist and do business. Just an FYI, I can’t imagine anyone has had a good experience with these guys but if they have it was by pure luck. All the reviews that say great and what not are either fabricated or one of the lucky ones… Steer clear of this place, I should have… \r \r Also look at the good reviews from various different websites, they all occur on the same day. I dont know about the others who are making comments on here, but i had a great experience with them. I recently purchased a 2008 Audi A4 from them. It was $3,000.00 under book value and i thought it was cheap, so i literally paid my local mechanic to come with me and check it out. Once we got there, Eric, and especially Frank were extremely courteous to me and my mechanic. He let my mechanic borrow his scanners, and other computer equipment to check my car, he put it on the lift for my mechanic to check, and even let my mechanic drive it for 30 mins to make sure it was good. My mechanic said it was in great condition and definitely a good buy. I bought the vehicle, and as i go to drive it back, my mechanics car literally dies in their on the highway near Waterbury. All Car Care had it towed to their shop, and they helped my mechanic fix his car. Needless to say, he was stuck. Frank, Eric, and their mechanics, all helped my mechanic, fix his car and get it back on the road, and even stayed 2 hours longer than their normal business hours to get his car going. As far as im concerned, I think they are a great establishment. While i was waiting there, i even observed alot of their regular customers who came there for oil changes and other services, and as far as i can tell, they are amazing with their customers, they treat them with respect, and i believe they have an outstanding way of running their business. I am not local, but if i was, i would definitely choose their establishment to repair my vehicle. And another tid bit of info, My niece also purchased a great car from them at my recommendation. I have nothing but good to say about this place, the service is excelent people are great, always clean and smiling people. I wish everyone is like this. I bought a car online. They were taking part in auction fraud through different sites to increase the bidding. The pictures of the car were not even close to the condition. The seats were all torn up and greasy, the shocks were a wreck and the breaks were worn beyond belief. There was also ""stability control failure"" warning while I was test driving. Unbelievable. I had to travel 2 hours to see it and that's the ""showroom condition"" car that they promised??? They STOLE a $500 deposit. and refused to give it back. I only write this to make sure that nobody gets trapped by them and they lose at least $500 business in the process!! more

May 12, 2011 Purchased a used car from Arty who assured us that the care had been put threw all safety inspection requirements, oil change, detailing, put in shop the morning of purchase to fix a broken bushing in rear, all bull. We ended up having to get the bushing replaced ourselves a few days later. It was just greased up to stop making noise for a couple of days. Oil was like sludge, filter was never changed, Coolant Reservoir was cracked and leaking, vacuum hoses fell apart and all had to be fixed and replaced at our expense. We tried contacting Arty for a few weeks, finally got a call back, asked for some kind of reimbursement and was told ""THATS NOT HAPPENING"". Was totally misled, poor customer service and no car care performed. We are contacting BBB and Dept of Motor Vechiles so other buyers will beware! more

I purchased a car that had a ""smooth transmission"" and would pass MA inspection. Instead I got a car that has damaged transmission that will cost thousands to fix. They are in the business of transmission repair - so they obviously knew there was an issue. I would not purchase a vehicle from them ever again. I now have a $5,500 paperweight. Spend your money elsewhere. more
