I brought my Miele vacuum into All Brand Vacuums to be repaired; we agreed on what the problem was and he said he would replace the defective part. Two weeks or so went by and he said he had the part, so he replaced it and told me it was working properly. I went in payed the 150. + dollars, brought the vacuum home and it had the same problem. I called him the next business day and told him it was still not working and it looked to have the same issue. He told me "we'd work something out". I brought the vacuum back in thinking he would actually fix it and a week went by with no phone call, so we called him and found we needed a totally different part, another 180. dollar part. So, we decided to go in and return the original part and try to fix the vacuum on our own. He would not take the part back, saying "it was used", and would not refund any of our money even though he did not do what we paid him to do. His manor was completely unprofessional, making inappropriate comments; that we didn't make enough money to have our vacuum worked on by him. He misdiagnosed the problem, charged us $80.00 for labor, for replacing a wand. I would highly* recommend taking vacuum repairs elsewhere, this man has personal issues that shine through the way he conducts business.
