I have also received multiple threatening e-mails and posts on public forums from the owner of All Bay Vehicles, Robert Knox, when I inquired about the fraudulent allegations reported on NBC News in regard to defrauding non-profit charities. I was met with threats to sue me for liable and slander should I say anything negative about All Bay Vehicles. This guy scares me. I will not do business with him based on his threatening demeanor. Proceed with caution. Be aware that many positive reviews of businesses come from owners and/or employees posing as a fictitious customer in order to make the business look good. more

I donated my car a few months back and just received the tax package in the mail. I was surprised and very happy with the results. I felt leaving a positive review would be my thanks. As I prepared to write my review I scanned the prior reviews and was very intrigued with Charity Chimp's comments. Since I could find nothing in those comments that even implied this person ever had a business relationship with All Bay, I decided to call the East Bay SPCA. The SPCA made it clear they never accused All Bay of fraud, or even attempting to defraud. They implied to me it was a simple business misunderstanding. In fact the SPCA was proud to tell me they had received over $12,000 as a result of All Bay?s efforts. It appears Charity Chimp's comments have some sort of ulterior motivations!! I recently wrote to All Bay Vehicle?s (?ABV?) published website. In that e-mail, I asked about ABV?s advertised tag line: honest, professional service. Specifically, I asked about a NBC-TV news story that was run by NBC?s San Jose affiliate that accused ABVs and its owner, of attempting to defraud the East Bay branch of the SPCA. I, also, asked him if he had ?salted? his website, various blogs, and Yahoo with false testimonials. more

What a professional operation! So user friendly as well prompt. I received a great tax deduction and helped a local charity. How great is that!! more
