I convinced myself to use All Around Movers based on their low price - HUGE MISTAKE. They showed up 30 minutes late and were not very professional with our furniture, which casued a large gash in the front of a dresser. I pointed out the problem to the movers and their response was ""it was like that when we got here"", after going back and forth they admitted to the damage and agreed to file a claim to fix the dresser. Since the movers left that day, all around movers will not return my phone calls or emails, I sent a certified letter which was refused by Lonnie. It is clear that they have no intention of fixing the damage. more

Do not use All around movers 5/10/2011

I hate to have to provide such a terrible review but the experience I have had with this company leaves me no choice. Showed up over 2 hours late on moving day. ONce they arrived were in a huge hurry so packed the truck very poorly. This was not known until the truck arrived at the destination where there was a lot of damage to my stuff. I provided pictures to this company. Lonnie agreed it was bad packing that caused the issue and even agreed to paid for the damage. 6 months later I have nothing from the company and my insurance claim was denied as all around movers didn't submit the paperwork. Save yourself the stress and hassle, pick another moving company. Thank you. more
