To bad we do not see the whole story on the review below. Someone was having a bad day when they posted their review. As a local agent my office has used these people for many jobs and they always come through for us. more

This only gets one star because I can't give it o!! These guys are horrible. First they didn't fix our A/C problem for over a WEEK when it was 90 - 100 degrees. I had to send my kids to stay with a friend because the house got so hot. We asked them to call us when they would be on our way because we didn't want them in our house when we're not there. I'm a victim of violent crime and I don't let anyone in my house when I'm not home. Not to mention I didn't want my dog letting out! I missed the call because I was in the restroom (sorry I don't answer when I'm peeing!!) They were already at the house and had let themselves in!!! To me this screams unlawful entry!! I'm so mad right now I've just called the police department and my lawyer. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are RUDE, don't fix the problem correctly and apparently have no problem entering your home without your permission!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!! more
