When my Frigidaire freezer started getting too warm, I went online and found All Appliance Repair NY. I had a pretty good experience with this company. I found their customer service extremely helpful: everyone I spoke to was polite and they worked hard to accommodate your schedule. The repair went smoothly. They sent a guy over who looked at the freezer and told me that I needed to replace the compressor, he had one with him so he replaced it on the spot. Now my freezer is at the right temperature again. I would use this company again. more

Very professional and reliable appliance repair company! 1/6/2012

When my Maytag washing machine started making an awful sound whenever I tried to use it, I called ALL APPLIANCE REPAIR NY . I had a good experience with them. I’m not available during the week and they were able to give me a Sunday appointment which was very convenient. The technician that they sent over was pretty great too. He told me that my pump is malfunctioning and that I need to replace it. He had the pump with him in his van so he was able to replace it that same day. My machine no longer makes that awful sound so I’m very pleased with the repair. more

I used ALL APPLIANCE REPAIR when my Kenmore dishwasher stopped working. They gave me an appointment the same day I called, and managed to diagnose and fix the machine on the same visit. Very impressed with the service I received, and I would use them again. more

Wonderful job! 6/1/2011

I called All Appliance Repair NY when my GE profile refrigerator stopped working. I needed an emergency appointment because I had a full fridge and didn’t want everything to spoil. I called this company, and they managed to get someone over within two hours. The guy came, replaced the part that wasn’t working in my fridge, and that’s it my machine was working great again. I really liked the technician and the level of service I received, and I would most definitely use this company again. more

Thanks for incredible service! 5/3/2011

My Bosch washing machine was making an awful noise whenever it was turned on. I was really scared that something bad would happen with it, and that it would start leaking or worse. I called ALL APPLIANCE REPAIR NY and requested an appointment for that same day because I wanted to handle the problem right away. They got a mechanic to my apartment within the hour. I needed some parts replaced, but the guy had them with him in his truck. This repair was really fast and painless, I would use this company again. more

The staff of this store are honest. When I brought my appliance for repair, I unknowingly left my bag. I fix my son and went home. To my surprise, they called me and said that I left my bag in the store. Wow very reliable staff. more
