Worst people to move with, They lie, Overcharge and break the stuff. I usually donot write the review but this time I decided so that other people should be carefull before moving...

We were very happy with these guys. Ronnie is really nice, and Gary who was one of the guys who moved us was very knowledgeable, and friendly, and the entire moving experience was enjoyable (can you believe that?) We had A LOT of stuff and they treated our stuff very well. The sum it up- Good hard working people who care about your stuff! more

Honest and Professional Guys 5/18/2012

Moving is a huge drag, but Ronnie and Gary made the process so much smoother through their courteousness, professionalism, and honesty, that they earned 5 star review for All American Van Lines. \r \r They arrived on time to move our stuff from a cozy one-bedroom to our new home. Though they are paid by the hour, these guys worked very quickly without being careless. They handled our items as if they were their own, and were courteous to me and my neighbors. They worked up the sweat, partially because they literally RAN back to their truck every time they brought an item into our new home. The final bill was well within the estimate Ronnie provided, and the guys were good natured enough to spend a few minutes answering my probably annoying questions about their home.\r I can't say enough good things about these guys. more

Thump's Up Gary! 5/17/2012

Stop looking now, you've found what you're looking for. These guys are spectacular and charge very reasonable rates.\r \r I was moving from on short notice and had a 1-bd apt full of stuff. I called All American Van Lines up after randomly finding them here and was quoted an unbeatable rate... I could hardly justify renting a truck and bugging all my friends to come lift stuff. So I booked it. \r \r Gary showed up on the day with a huge truck, loaded all my stuff up and moved it into my new place quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and professional... even took the time to wrap up my busted thrift-store furniture with padding in the truck. It was the most painless move ever, and quick! Gary really knew his stuff and knew how to get furniture into an apartment safely. I'll never DYI a move again as long as I can call up All American Van Lines. \r \r Thanks Gary! more

I'll definitely use them again in the future 5/13/2012

Fairly priced, very careful, very nice- by far the best movers I've had in a long time. I had a fairly complicated move- the movers had to look for labels indicating which items they were to take, and they did not make one mistake. The two movers worked very efficiently, protected my furniture by wrapping it carefully, and seemed happy to help me place rugs and furniture where I wanted them. I'll definitely use them again in the future more

Good reason to use them again 5/13/2012

I've used All American Van Lines twice and have been super happy with them each time. I had very professional service - each time I booked them, they followed up with two confirmation calls and also sent an inventory sheet for me to fill out prior to my move. This way they were able to make sure they booked enough time and people for my move. more

Nothing to regret about 5/13/2012

Signed up for All American Van Lines for one reason and I moved in the city 2 weeks ago and had an excellent experience, which is saying something since we all hate moving. The movers who handled the move, were obviously experienced and very professional. They packed and wrapped all my stuff, moved it, and had everything set up on the other end inside of 3 hours. Not a scratch on anything. My only concern was that due to some reason they did not accept payment thru card on that day and I had to arrange for a cashier?s cheque from my bank which caused some inconvenience otherwise their service was not bad I will still recommend them . more

Priced Experience 5/9/2012

I live in NYand do devote my time out of my office duty hours in helping out the underprivileged and the elderly, I was put on a request by an elderly couple to get them move out . My job was to find a moving company for their move from one Senior Housing location to another. On some recommendations we shortlisted All American van lines and we discuss it with them and they were ready to help us. The move was more complex because the manager at the new location would only operate the bigger elevator at certain hours, so the move had to be timed well. And after the main move, some furniture had to be dropped at a specific time interval. The move went very well. I recommend All American van lines company for no hassle and a reasonably priced experience. more

Hassle Free Move 5/8/2012

Thank you All American van lines for all of your help in coordinating my recent move to New York. The entire staff at All American van lines was courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly fair and honest about the cost of the move and time frame necessary for delivery right from the free estimate to the end. I have moved several times, and after this experience, I would not consider going to anyone else for moving services. What a pleasure. I had multiple dealings with these guys from estimate, to moving, to storage, coordinating from out o town to delivery to my new place today. Courteous, every one of them cares about doing a good job, great attitude, cheerful, real pros. Highly recommend them. And on top of all that, they were reasonably priced. I'd pay more for them, but they don't charge it. I gave them a tip and they deserved it. more

Best Services 5/6/2012

I'm overdue in writing my review., because these guys did a great job. from start to finish. Booking was effortless, and they navigated my 2 part move from apartment to storage to new apartment without a hitch. The movers themselves were cheerful, friendly and industrious. They managed to get a ridiculously oversized sofa moved with great ingenuity and very little fuss. Overall I couldn't be happier with the service I received. more

Fabulous Guys 5/4/2012

The guys from All American Van Lines are fabulous. They moved us yesterday and we couldn't be happier! From start to finish they were complete professionals - their estimate was right on and they were totally upfront about costs, no surprises! They were very careful with our things, worked quickly and efficiently and were courteous to us. All of them followed any directions / requests either my husband or I gave. And their prices were really reasonable! I will recommend these guys very highly to friends and family. Definitely give them a call next time you move! more

Will Hire Them Again 4/30/2012

I called several movers listed here, and All American Van Lines had both the best rates and the best telephone presence-- Gary did a superb job of setting up the move at the date and time I requested. He clearly explained the costs and what was, and wasn't, included.\r \r When the move day arrived, the movers arrived earlier than I expected-- at 8:30 in an 8-10 window. They worked really hard, efficiently packing my stuff and moving it. Within 6 hours they had loaded, moved, unloaded, and assembled everything. Nothing was broken; everything was well-protected. The overall job came in about $100 under the original estimate, too.\r \r HIGHLY recommended. I'll definitely be using them for my next move. more

Excellent Moving Experience 4/30/2012

Since I needed a quick move, and my new place was on the top floor of a 4-story building, I decided to hire movers to do the heavy lifting. To give you an idea of how much stuff my girlfriend and I have - enough to fill a Jr. House (moving into a 1 bedroom flat). I chose All American Van Lines because of their reviews - and they did not disappoint! They arrived right on time, ready to go. They were affordable, they treated my belongings with care, and above all else - they are SO FAST! Door to door, it took them less than 3 hours. We also had a couple of items that required additional packing materials (we packed our own goods before the movers arrived) - they were minimalists with their own materials, and I don't feel that they took advantage at all. Also, if you pay with cash, you get a 5% discount. \r \r I have been relocated for my job several times, so I have seen how other movers work - very slow, using excessive packing materials, really milking every dollar. Can still try them 4/29/2012

We got the team from All American Van Lines through a recommendation of a friend. These guys were on time, polite, extremely efficient, and I was impressed by one of the guy who carried my dresser down on his back!! They even accomodated some unplanned requests, such as moving the and from the garage back down to the basement. They didn't charge extra other than the additional labor that fit into the entire move. The final cost was only slightly higher than the quote and mainly because I ended up having to move some things I couldn't sell before hand and some other things I was unable to get into storage first. Thanks for all your efforts and I sincerely thank the entire team. The only concern I had is that they arrived 15-20 mins late than the expected time and they owed it was only due to the bad weather conditions which in a way disrupted our schedule a bit, otherwise they were absolutely no nonsense and made all possible attempt to make our move stressfree more

Guys are Superb! 4/29/2012

I do not write reviews but this time it is important that I write one. Ronnie the owner is exceptional. He is kind, courteous, and goes above and beyond to help his customers. I made move with All American Van Lines three weeks ago. From the moment I called, Johnny was more than willing to help make things easier on me. He answered all my questions without rushing me and communicated with me promptly. The same can be said of Ronnie. The movers came on time. They were nice gentleman. There were some problems in the move but Ronnie did his best to make things okay. The one thing that surprised me the most is that Ronnie answered his phone every time we called no matter how late it was. He does not let it go to an answering machine like most places. He solves the problems right away. He is always there to help and make sure things go smoothly with the move. We would use All American Van Lines again because of Ronnie, Johnny and all the men that helped us move. Moving is very hectic but so more

Fantastic and Respectful 4/29/2012

On the phone the sales agent from All American Van Lines was patient, respectful and organized. She gave me the time to collect my scattered thoughts and figure out what I really needed and obliged to every possible detail on my mind and I decided to go forth with them. On the Moving day the movers and the foreman were all fantastic and respectful and cheerfully did stuff we hadn't expected them to do (removed a light fixture so my couch could fit out the old door, figured out how to disassemble/reassemble my antique furniture, did a long haul at the new house when the truck didn't fit down my driveway). They were amazingly mellow about getting things at their respective places. I am short of words to describe them but you have to book them only to feel them. more

Great job and great service! 4/26/2012

I used these guys last week and decided to to put a good word for them. I know it's hard to find a good moving company and most of the good companies are very expensive. All American Van Lines was a lot more affordable and provided me excellent moving service. Ronnie was very informative over the phone, explained me everything in detail and made sure that I'll be well prepared and organized towards my move, he also ordered parking permits for me so the movers could park their truck easily on my delivery location. The movers showed up on time, the 3 of them were very friendly and before I signed the paper work they already started working! The wrapped all my furniture for no additional charge and loaded everything to the truck very fast. I was very impressed with the way they organized the moving truck! Amazing! The unloading went pretty smooth even though I moved to a second floor with 3 flight of stairs. Great job and great service! more
