I had a really pleasant experience with this company and it seems like these other reviewers had some personal problem with the owner, but I found him to be very nice and helpful. They did a good job and had very reasonable rates. more

I have been a contractor for many years and this is the first time I have ever felt the need to write a review. The man who owns this company goes by the name of Rich and he is a complete fraud. He started off by telling me how he feels bad about how most people get taken advantage of by septic companies and that's why he takes pride in being the lowest priced septic contractor out there. Well everything he told me was a lie. He was very nice during the bidding process but once he finally showed up to pump my septic tank and instal a new d box, ""by the way he was hours late,"" he was a complete jerk. He waited until he finished pumping half of my tank and then started getting confrontational when I asked him why he was hours late and why he started the work when I wasn't even home to give him the go ahead, ""this had been previously agreed upon."" He called me a bitch and told me he was just going to put a lien on my house if I continued to question him. I should have told him to leave right then and there and by not doing that I made a huge mistake. He was already half way done pumping so I figured I'd just bite the bullet and get through with this job. Huge Mistake!!! He proceeded to finish about 80% of the job and then demanded full payment right there on the spot. He told me that I could trust him to return the following week at which point in time he would finish. I told him absolutely not! I told him in my 20 years of being a contractor I've never paid a service in full on the spot, especially when they hadn't even finished the job! He then proceeded to try to intimidate me by rolling up his sleeves and taking a fight stance approach. Not wanting to go to jail, I calmly walked towards the front door of the house and told him to get off of my property. He then called the Sheriff's Department and told the dispatcher that I was failing to pay him for his work and that I was threatening his life!!! A deputy showed up and told me that I had done nothing wrong and that the call out was a big waste of time. I payed him for half of what I owed him and then in full when he returned late the following week. By the time everything was said and done I had been completely ripped off. This Rich is a complete maniac and should be stripped of his license. A downright terrible experience all the way around. Please learn from my mistake, I hope nobody ever has to go through what I went through with this nut case. more

I am a contractor for many banks. I called this company to pump the septic tank. I called and talked to a guy named Rich, later that day I called back and asked for Rick. They guy who picked up the phone was Rich, he freaked out on me asking me why I just called him Rick? I told him sorry I meant Rich. He could not get over it! He accused me of being friends with his ex-wife Patty. Don?t know who that is? Then accused me of not being who I really am? WOW this was crazy! All I wanted was their company to clean my septic tank. In the time frame of 4 days I received 80+ text messages from them telling me there truck is broken and they have to take it to the shop. On the fourth day, come to find out per Rich they were lying to me. Still they accuse me of being this person I?m not. Finally I called them up and said, you know I found another company to pump this tank. 15 mins. After that my phone gets blown up with text messages, saying quote ?I am a liar?, ? I am an old Hells Angels? WOW, ?there was nothing wrong with the truck, Liar liar pants on fire? who says that but a 5 year old? ?I will control you? You can?t handle yourself, you like for me to control you?. And the list could keep going on. This company is completely insane! I will never go back to this company and they just lost $800 from me. Just be careful they will lie to you and they will pull you into their drama. It should be a negative star, they did not even do the work! They were too busy being concerned about drama then making money. more
