This is one of the companies that my home warranty company sends out to do repairs. I've had them come out to my house several times. The first couple of times, they did the work fine with no further problems. This last time, when I had a problem with the pool plumbing, they replaced a pipe that was smaller than the size of the rest of the plumbing pipes and I questioned them on that because my regular pool service company said that they should have replaced it with exactly the size I had to begin with. The guy at AAPM just told me some story about it's an industry standard size and the bigger size didn't fit (how is THAT possible when the original broken pipe was the bigger size to begin with??). He talked down to me and made me feel like I was stupid for questioning him and he had the nerve to say that my pool guy is wrong and knew nothing about pools and pool equipment. This company has been assigned numerous times by my home warranty to fix my pool equipment. They are quick to collect the service call payment but very slow in delivery of services. Once they do service it it does not work....I waited 2 weeks for them to replace a part in my pool water heater and later that night when I went to use it, it was still not working and flashing the same error code. Every time this company comes out it is the same bad service. They once refused an insurance repair stating my pool equipment was improperly installed. I had several other companys verify it was correctly installed and them requested a different company to fix it. The other company fixed it and it was pleasent to deal with them. ""All American pool maintenance"" should be called ""All Your worst nightmares"". Cons: Everything more
